ارائه مدلی نوین مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی جهت بهینه‌سازی آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا

زمینه و هدف: امروزه مدیریت آماد و پشتیبانی به‌عنوان یکی از روش‌های پرکاربرد و اثرگذار در راستای کاهش هزینه در سطوح مختلف مورداستفاده سازمان‌های موفق قرارگرفته است. بنا بر تجربه کشورها و سازمان‌های موفقی که توانسته‌اند در ارائه خدمات خود مزیت ایجاد کنند، اقدامات آماد و پشتیبانی یکی از مولفه‌های مهم است. ازجمله این اقدامات انجام مطالعات برنامه‌ریزی آماد و پشتیبانی و هوشمند سازی است. به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در آماد و پشتیبانی خدمتی نوین است که در تمام قسمت‌های زنجیره‌ تامین می‌تواند مدنظر قرار گیرد. در نیروهای         نظامی - انتظامی، مسائل آماد و پشتیبانی غالباً نقش مهمی دارند به‌ویژه آنکه یگان‌های آماد و پشتیبانی یکی از رده‌هایی هستند که باید در محیطی پیچیده‌ به فعالیت‌های خود با سرعت عمل و انعطاف‌پذیری بیشتری ادامه دهند کما اینکه نیروهای نظامی -انتظامی آینده، کمتر متمرکز بر اندازه بوده و بیشتر مبتنی بر پویایی و سرعت است. آماد و پشتیبانی روزبه‌روز توسعه‌یافته و می‌تواند نیازمندی‌های محیط خویش را با سرعتی مناسب تشخیص دهد و خود را به نحوی تغییر دهد که منطبق با این نیازمندی‌ها باشد. هدف این تحقیق ارائه مدلی برای توسعه آماد و پشتیبانی در فراجا با رویکرد هوش مصنوعی است که بتواند در وهله اول نیازهای آماد و پشتیبانی به‌صورت علمی، مدون و به‌روز شناسایی، تبیین و اولویت‌دهی کند.روش: این تحقیق از حیث هدف کاربردی، از حیث روش پیمایشی و از حیث راهبرد، آمیخته (ترکیبی) است. جامعه آماری تحقیق در مرحله کیفی، شامل خبرگان آماد و پشتیبانی در فراجا به تعداد آن‌ها 12 نفر و نمونه آماری تحقیق در مرحله کمی 32 نفر بودند. ابتدا در بخش کیفی تحقیق، عوامل موثر بر آماد و پشتیبانی بامطالعه پژوهش‌های پیشین، منویات مقام معظم رهبری و برگزاری جلسات با خبرگان حاصل گردید.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشانگر تاثیر مثبت رویکرد به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در آماد و پشتیبانی است که سبب تاثیرپذیری بیشتر، کارآمدی و سازگاری بیشتر آماد و پشتیبانی می‌گردد. درنهایت با توجه به وضعیت موجود آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا باید با برنامه‌ریزی مدون و به‌کارگیری نیروهای متعهد و متخصص در سطح کارشناس و مدیریت به‌عنوان راهکارهای برون‌رفت از چالش‌ها مطرح شد سایر پیشنهاد‌ها بیان گردید.

background and purpose: logistics management is one of the most used and effective methods in cost reduction at different levels of use in successful organizations. according to the experience and successful organizations that can provide their services, prepare and support one of the important components. among these are conducting readiness and support planning studies and intelligentization. it is the use of artificial intelligence to support new services that can be considered in all parts of the chain. in military forces - management, readiness and support issues often play an important role, especially that logistics units are one of the categories, which must be in a more complex environment to their activities with greater speed and ability than the coma of future military-discipline forces. it is of any size and is more about dynamics and speed. logistics is developed day by day and can recognize the needs of its environment at a suitable speed and change itself in a way that matches these needs. the purpose of this research is to provide a model for the development of logistics in faraja with artificial intelligence, which in the first place identifies, explains and prioritizes the need for logistics in a scientific, codified and up-to-date manner.method: this research is mixed in terms of practical purpose, in terms of survey method and in terms of strategy. the statistical population of the research in the qualitative phase was 12 people, and the statistical sample of the research in the quantitative phase was 32 people. first, in the research, factors on logistics were obtained by studying previous researches, menus of the supreme leader and holding qualitative meetings with experts.findings: the findings of the research indicate the positive effect of using artificial intelligence in preparation and support, which can be more effective, the efficiency and compatibility of preparation and support will be more. finally, according to the existing situation of faraja logistics other suggestions should be made with written planning and the use of committed and specialized forces at the expert and management level as solutions to overcome the challenges.
