طراحی الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی هوشمند پلیس

زمینه و هدف: طراحی الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا از موضوعاتی است که مدنظر تمامی فرماندهان و مسئولان فراجا در سالیان اخیر بوده است. اهمیت این امر به‌قدری است که در بسیاری از دیدارهای متصدیان مجموعه با مدیران ارشد سازمان، مورد تاکید قرارگرفته و برای اجرایی نمودن آن نیز تاکنون تلاش‌های فراوانی به‌عمل‌آمده است.روش: این تحقیق باهدف طراحی الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی هوشمند فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی قرار می‌گیرد زیرا نتایج آن می‌تواند مدیران و مسئولان فراجا را در برنامه‌ریزی کلان یاری نماید. این تحقیق به‌صورت ترکیبی صورت گرفت. در مرحله اول با استفاده از منابع موجود و اسناد و کتب مرتبط با آماد و پشتیبانی و زنجیره تامین، مبانی نظری جمع‌آوری گردید و در مرحله بعدی ضمن مصاحبه با خبرگان آمادی و دانشگاهی الگوی نهایی تحقیق تهیه گردید و سپس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای بین 92 نفر از معاونان، مدیران کل، کارشناسان عالی و خبرگان آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، توزیع گردید که درنهایت 78 پرسشنامه  مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. روایی این پرسش‌نامه از طریق فرمول لاوشه انجام و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.877 محاسبه گردید. این پژوهش، به دنبال پاسخگویی به سه سوال بود:1- ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی  هوشمند پلیس کدامند؟2-روابط بین ابعاد و مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های  الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی  هوشمند پلیس چگونه است؟3-تقدم و تاخر اولویت‌بندی ابعاد و مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها در الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی  هوشمند پلیس به چه صورت است؟یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در بعد نیروی انسانی (به ترتیب) مولفه‌های نگرش و انگیزش، هدایت و رهبری و تحصیلات و دانش فنی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. در بعد زیرساخت (به ترتیب) مولفه‌های مهارت‌ها و تخصص و ابزار و تجهیزات مورد تائید قرار گرفت. در بعد اطلاعات افزار (به ترتیب) مولفه‌های نرم‌افزارها، ساختار و سازمان و ارتباطات کاری مورد تائید قرار گرفت.

background and purpose: : designing a model of logistics of faraja is one of the issues that have been considered by all faraja commanders and officials in recent years. the importance of this matter is so much that it has been emphasized in many meetings of the group’s stakeholders with senior managers of the organization and for many efforts have been made to implement it.method: this research was conducted with the aim of designing the model of intelligent logistics of police model for the command of the police force. the current research is included in the category of applied research because its results can help the managers and officials of faraja in macro-planning. this research was done in a mixed way. in the first stage, using available sources and documents and books related to logistics and supply chain, theoretical foundations were collected, and in the next stage, the final research model was prepared while interviewing logistics and university experts, and then a researcher-made questionnaire among 92 people from assistants, general managers, senior experts, and faraja’s logistics experts, who were selected by random sampling, were distributed, and finally 78 questionnaires were used. the validity of this questionnaire was calculated using the lavshe formula and its reliability was calculated using cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.877. this research sought to answer three questions: 1- what are the dimensions, components and indicators of the model of intelligent logistics of police?2-what is the relationship between the dimensions, components and indicators of the model of intelligent logistics of police?findings: the results showed that the components of attitude and motivation, guidance and leadership, and education and technical knowledge were confirmed in the dimension of human resources (respectively). in the infrastructure dimension (respectively), the components of skills and expertise and tools and equipment were confirmed. in the software information dimension (respectively), software components, structure and organization and work communication were confirmed.keywords: the model of intelligent logistics of police, human resource, infrastructure, information software, faraja
