تغییرات محیط کسب‌وکار و لزوم بازنگری در مدل‌های زنجیره تامین

زمینه و هدف: زنجیره تامین مهم ترین رکن هر شرکت است. تغییرا ت شرایط محیط کسب وکار بر زنجیره تامین شرکت ها اثرگذار است. موفقیت شرکت ها در درک سریع تر تغییرات شرایط کسب وکار از رقبا و انجام تغییرات لازم بر اساس شرایط، در زنجیره تامین است. اکنون عرصه رقابت شرکت ها، بین زنجیره تامین آن ها است و این موضوع جایگاه برجسته ای در بین پژوهشگران حوزه های مختلف صنعتی دارد و پژوهش های بسیاری در این زمینه انجام‌شده است. تغییرات سالیان اخیر شرایط محیطی و به‌خصوص همه گیری بیماری کووید 19 ‌، دامنه وسیع تری برای مطالعه حوزه تغییرات محیطی کسب وکارها و بازنگری در مفاهیم و مدل های زنجیره تامین برای مقابله با تغییرات ایجاد کرد. هدف پژوهش بررسی ادبیات زنجیره تامین سالیان اخیر در مورد لزوم بازنگری در مدل ها و مفاهیم زنجیره های تامین بر اساس تغییرات شرایط کسب وکار است.روش پژوهش: این تحقیق از نوع تحلیلی است. منابع پژوهش از مقالات سایت‌های معتبر این حوزه گردآوری‌شده‌اند. کل تعداد 469 منبع متعلق به سال های 2017 تا 2021 بوده که تعداد 419 مقاله و مابقی کتاب و مقالات کنفرانسی می باشند.یافته ها: حاکی است که غلبه بر شرایط متغیر محیطی کسب وکار، استفاده از مفاهیم و مدل های ترکیبی زنجیره تامین است. هم افزایی اثرات ویژگی های اجزای مدل ترکیبی و به حداکثر رساندن کارایی زنجیره تامین است.

changes in the business environment and the needs to review supply chain models

purpose: supply chain is the most important pillar of any company. changing business environment conditions affect the supply chain of companies. the success of companies is the faster understanding of changes in business conditions more than competitors and making the necessary changes based on the conditions in the supply chain. companies are now competing between their supply chains. this issue now has a prominent place among researchers in various fields of industry and a lot of research has been done in this field. recent changes in environmental conditions and in particular the epidemic of covid-19 disease, have created a wider scope for studying the field of environmental change in businesses and reviewing supply chain concepts and models to cope with change. the purpose of this study is to review the supply chain literature of recent years on the need to review supply chain models and concepts based on changes in business conditions.method: this research is analytical. the research sources have been collected from the articles of the authoritative websites in this field, the total number of 469 sources belongs to the years 2017 to 2021, of which 419 are articles and the rest are books and conference papers.findings: it indicates that overcoming the changing environmental conditions of business is the use of concepts and integrated models of the supply chain. the synergistic effect of the features of the components of the composite model is to maximize the efficiency of the supply chain.
