اصول موثر بر چابکی آماد و پشتیبانی

زمینه و هدف: نظر به تحولات صورت گرفته در صحنه‌های نبرد طی چهارده گذشته و اثربخشی سرنوشت نبرد از شیوه تامین نیازمندی‌های رزمندگان در سطوح تاکتیکی، عملیاتی و راهبردی از یک‌سو و تاکید شیوه‌های مختلف نبرد اعم از همگون، ناهمگون، هم‌تراز و ناهم تراز، منظم و نامنظم، کلاسیک و غیر کلاسیک بر موفقیت نبرد به آماد و پشتیبانی چابک و چالاک از سوی دیگر؛ هدف این نوشتار مطالعه اکتشافی در منابع در راستای احصاء اصول موثر بر چابکی آماد و پشتیبانی که امر تحقق اهداف را تسریع و تلفات رزم را کاهش دهد.روش‌: این پژوهش به لحاظ روش، آمیخته اکتشافی با دو رویکرد کیفی(مصاحبه) و کیفی(پرسشنامه) و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. با بررسی و نقد منابع و تکیه بر دیدگاه‌های صاحب‌نظران، الگوی اصول موثر بر چابکی آماد و پشتیبانی با 13عامل تدوین؛ و در معرض قضاوت 92 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران مطلع از موضوع قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه گیری: برای نوشتار حاضر سه سطح نتایج مترتب است: اولاً در این نوشتار و سایر نوشتارهای مرتبط، کارآمدی و چابکی آماد و پشتیبانی را متاثر از تبعیت آماد و پشتیبانی از اصول دانسته اند؛ ثانیاً در سطح کمی داده‌ها نظر به اینکه میانگین اصول سیزده‌گانه بر چابکی آماد و پشتیبانی از میانگین متوسط سه و بیشتر است؛ اصول بر چابکی آماد و پشتیبانی تاثیر بالایی دارد بر اساس ارقام بالاترین میانگین مربوط به آمادگی با رتبه 9.13و پایین‌ترین میانگین مربوط به منابع ملی با رتبه5.20 است. همچنین نظر به اینکه در آزمون تی ، میانگین شاخص‌ها 3.93 و سطح معنی داری کمتر از آلفای تحقیق (0/05=a) است موید فرضیه تحقیق است ثالثاً با نهادینه شدن شاخص‌ها ظرفیت‌های پنج‌گانه در صحنه نبرد محقق می‌شود که در نتیجه‌گیری به آن اشاره شده است.

Principles affecting logistics agility

Aim & Background: Considering the developments in the battlefields during the last four decades and the effect of meeting method of the warriors need on the battle’s destiny at the tactical, operational and strategic levels on the one hand and emphasizing different battle methods including homogeneous, heterogeneous, equal, unequal, regular and irregular, classical and nonclassical on the success of the battle, nimble and agile logistics on the other hand; The purpose of this paper is an exploratory study of resources in order to enumerate the principles affecting logistics agility which accelerates fulfillment of targets and decrease the battle casualties.Methodology: This research is mixed exploratory with two qualitative (interview) and qualitative (questionnaire) approaches in terms of method and applied in terms of purpose. By reviewing and criticizing the sources and relying on the views of experts, model of principles  affecting logistics agility  with 13 factors has been developed; and was judged by 92 experts and scholars overlooking the subject.Findings and conclusion: For this writing 3 result levels is derived; firstly in this writing and other related writings, suggested logistics efficiency and agility affected by its following of logistics. Secondly in data qualitative level regarding that  the average of thirteen principles on logistics agility is higher than the average of 3; principles have high impact on logistics. Based on numbers The highest average is related to readiness with a rank of 9.13 and the lowest average is related to national resources with a rank of 5.20. Also, considering that in Ttest, the mean of the indices is 3.93 and the significance level (sig=0.000) is less than the research’s alpha (a=0.05) the research’s hypothesis is confirmed; and thirdly by constitution of indices the five capacities in the battlefield is achieved which it is indicated in the conclusion
