ارائه الگوی جیره غذایی کارکنان یگان ویژه در عملیات شهری، موردمطالعه(یگان ویژه فرماندهی انتظامی استان خراسان رضوی)؛

زمینه و هدف: در دنیای پیشرفته امروزه، توجه به منابع انسانی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین و حیاتی‌ترین دارایی هر سازمان است و توجه به نقش تغذیه، از مهم‌ترین وظایف مسئولین سلامت نیروهای نظامی است. درنتیجه مواد غذایی در زمان انجام ماموریت‌های نظامی اهمیت بسزایی داشته و همچون مهمات، نقش اساسی در حفظ توان رزمی نیروها دارد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش واکاوی چالش‌های موجود در جیره غذایی کارکنان یگان ویژه در عملیات شهری است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از‌ نظر هدف، کاربردی و با رویکرد داده بنیاد است. مشارکت‌کنندگان 23 نفر از خبرگان دارای تجربه خدمتی و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به‌عنوان ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد و با استفاده از سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، انتخابی و محوری تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: مشارکت‌کننده‌ها عدم کیفیت جیره غذایی را به سبب، عدم اختصاص اعتبار کافی، عدم وجود خودروهای مجهز حمل غذا، عدم برگزاری دوره‌های مهارتی، عدم وجود بسته‌بندی جیره غذایی متناسب با نوع ماموریت‌ها، عدم استفاده از جیره‌های اضطراری در ماموریت‌ها و ... را عنوان کرده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: تحلیل داده‌ها، پنج عامل تعیین‌کننده در راستای بهبود جیره غذایی شامل 1. خریداری خودروهای حمل غذا و دارای سلف‌سرویس 2. واگذاری اعتبار متناسب با تورم جامعه 3. بسته‌بندی صحیح و بهداشتی در جیره غذایی 4. برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی و مهارتی 5. استفاده از جیره‌های غذایی اضطراری دارای انرژی بالا تا حدودی مشکلات حوزه جیره غذایی را برطرف می‌نماید.

Providing special unit personnel ration Pattern in urban operationscase study(police commanding special unit of khorasan razavi province)

Background and Purpose: nowadays, the attention to human resources is the most vital and important asset of any organization.And paying attention to the role of nutrition is one of the most important duties of military health officials. As a result, food is very important during military missions and, like ammunition, plays an essential role in preserving the combat capability of the forces. The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges in the ration of Special unit personnel in urban operations.Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and with the data  based approach. Participants were 23 experts with service experience and selected using purposive sampling and semistructured interview was used as a data collection tool. And were analyzed using three stages of open, selective and axial coding.Findings: Participants has stated lack of ration quality is due to lack of adequate funding, lack of equipped vehicles transporting food, lack of holding skill courses, lack of ration packaging appropriate to the type of operations, lack of use of emergency rations in operations and so on.Conclusion: Data analysis, five determining factors in order to improve the ration including 1. Purchasing food transportation trucks which has selfservice 2. Assigning credit commensurate with community inflation 3. Correct and hygienic packaging in the ration 4. Holding training and skill courses; 5. Using emergency rations with high energy to some extent Solves the field of ration issues.
