تاثیر رانندگی تهاجمی بر اجرای ماموریت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی ف. انتظامی ج.ا.ا. در زمان مناسب

زمینه و هدف: اجرای بخشی از ماموریت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا، درگرو نحوه رانندگی رانندگان سازمانی است. ارتقاء مهارت‌های رانندگی و نیز بهره‌گیری از مهارت‌های رانندگی پیشرفته می‌تواند باعث ارتقای سطح موفقیت اجرای ماموریت‌ها گردد. رانندگی تهاجمی، یکی از مهارت‌های پیشرفته رانندگی بوده و به معنی بهره‌گیری از توانایی‌های وسیله نقلیه در حدی فراتر از معمول است. این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی تاثیر رانندگی تهاجمی بر اجرای ماموریت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا در زمان مناسب طراحی و اجرا گردید.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ اجرا توصیفی پیمایشی است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو روش مطالعه اسنادی و پیمایش میدانی استفاده‌ شده است. جامعه آماری به تعداد 369 نفر از کارکنان معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا بوده و شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. نمونه آماری 188 نفر و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای است. روایی با مراجعه به خبرگان و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ 846/0 برای کل پرسشنامه، احصاء شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: مولفه دانش رانندگی تهاجمی در رتبه اول، مولفه قوانین و مقررات رانندگی تهاجمی در رتبه دوم و مولفه مهارت رانندگی تهاجمی در رتبه سوم قرار دارند. همچنین یافته‌ها بیانگر این است که رانندگی تهاجمی رانندگان سازمانی بر اجرای ماموریت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا در زمان مناسب تاثیر معنی‌داری دارد. نتیجه اینکه رانندگی تهاجمی خاص رانندگان خاطی نبوده و بایستی با تغییر نگرش، به آموزش و بهره‌گیری آن همت گماشت.

Impacts of aggressive driving on execution of Police logistics missions at the right time

Background and Aim: part of Police logistics mission’s execution depends on how organizational drivers drive cars. Improving driving skills as well as utilizing advanced driving skills can improve the level of success of missions. Aggressive driving is one of advanced driving skills and means using the capabilities of the vehicle to a greater extent than usual. This study was designed and conducted to investigate the impact of aggressive driving on the implementation of Police logistics missions at the right time.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in terms of implementation. Two methods of documentary study and field survey have been used to collect information. The statistical community is 369 employees of the Police logistics department and collecting information has been done through a researchermade questionnaire. Statistical sample is 188 people and sampling method is stratified random. Validity by refering to Experts and stability with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.846 is calculated for the whole questionnaire.Findings and Conclusion: the component of aggressive driving knowledge is in the first rank, the component of aggressive driving rules and regulations is in the second rank and the component of aggressive driving skill is in the third rank. The findings also indicate that the aggressive driving of organizational drivers has a significant effect on the execution of Police logistics mission’s at the right time. As a result aggressive driving is not specific to delinquent drivers and must strive to train and utilize it by changing the perception.
