ارزیابی انبارهای یک سازمان نظامی بر اساس نظام آراستگی(موردمطالعه دپوی اصلی)

زمینه و هدف: یکی از فعالیت‌های لجستیکی امور نگهداری یا ذخیره‌سازی کالاست که در این مقاله سعی شده است ضمن آشنایی با موضوع انبار و انبارداری، در خصوص  ارزیابی آن بر اساس نظام آراستگی پرداخته شود لذا هدف این تحقیق، ارزیابی انبارهای یک سازمان نظامی بر اساس نظام آراستگی است.روش: این تحقیق کاربردی، ازنظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و ازنظر زمان جزو تحقیقات مقطعی است، جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان آمادی فرماندهی آماد و پشتیبانی یکی از نیروهای ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشند که به تعداد 250 نفر بوده و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و فرمول کوکران تعداد 151 نفر به‌عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند.در این پژوهش از پرسش‎نامه‌های بومی‌سازی شده جهت ارزیابی انبارها ازنظر نظام آراستگی (5اس ) موردمطالعه دپوی اصلی استفاده گردید، به‎منظور تحلیل نتایج پرسش‎نامه از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس 24  استفاده گردیده است.یافته ها: آزمون میانگین با توجه به جمع‌بندی نظرات اعضای نمونه، نشان داد که تنها در بعد پاکیزه سازی، انبارهای سازمان مورد مطالعه در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارند و در سایر ابعاد نظام آراستگی انبارهای سازمان مورد مطالعه در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که انبارها ازنظر نظام آراستگی وضعیت مطلوبی دارند البته ذکر این نکته ضروری است که با توجه به اینکه میانگین نظرات حدود عدد 3 و در طیف میانی آزمون لیکرت واقع‌شده، نمی توان گفت که انبارها به‌طور کامل در وضعیت مطلوب قرارگرفته‌اند بنابراین به جهت این که بتوان به نتیجه مطلوب دست‌یافت بایستی اصول اولیه کیفیت گرایی در مقوله نظام آراستگی را بکار گرفت. و در پایان پیشنهاد‌هایی جهت ارتقا و بهبود عوامل نظام آراستگی ارائه گردید.

Evaluating the warehouses of a military organization based on the arrangement system(case study: main depot)

Background and Aim: goods storage or maintenance is One of the logistic activities that it is tried in this article to meet its evaluation based on the arrangement system, while getting acquainted with the subject of warehouse and warehousing. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the warehouses of a military organization based on the arrangement system.  Method: This applied research is a descriptive research in terms of purpose and sectional research in terms of time. Research’s statistical society is the whole of one of the Islamic republic of iran army forces logistics commandantship staffs which its number is 250 and  using Random sampling and Cochran’s formula 151 people were selected as members of the sample. In this study, customized questionnaires were used to evaluate the warehouses in terms of arrangement system (5S) studied in the main depot, to analyze the results of the questionnaire SPSS 24 software is used.Findings: The mean test, according to the summary of the opinions of the sample members, showed that only in the cleaning dimension, the warehouses of the studied organization are not in a good condition and in other aspects of the arrangement system, the warehouses of the studied organization are in a good condition.Results: The results showed that the warehouses are in a good condition in terms of arrangement system. Of course reminding this point is essential that regarding average of opinions is about 3 and in mid range likert test is occurred it cannot be said that the warehouses are completely in desired condition. Thus In order to achieve the desired result, the basic principles of quality inclination in the category of arrangement system should be applied. At the end, suggestions were made to upgrade and improve the elements of the arrangement system
