شناسایی الزامات اجرای tpm در نت خودروهای سبک ناجا

زمینه و هدف: نگهداری و تعمیرات امروزه از مهم‌ترین بخش‌ها در برنامه‌ریزی هر سازمانی محسوب می‌شود و نقش آن در سازمان ناجا، بیشتر از دیگر سازمان‌های دولتی است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی الزامات اجرای tpmدر نت خودروهای سبک ناجا بوده است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که با روش کیفی صورت گرفته است. روش‌های جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه و روش اسنادی (مطالعات آرشیوی) و روش غیر اسنادی (مطالعات غیر آرشیوی) بوده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل مضمون و کدگذاری استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داده‌اند با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از بررسی و تحلیل مضمون‌های مرتبط با الزامات اجرایی tpmدر نت خودروهای سبک ناجا، درمجموع تعداد 43 مضمون پایه و هفت  مضمون سازنده ( شامل: دانش و آموزش، فرهنگی، فرآیند و فناوری، مدیریتی، نیروی انسانی، عملیاتی، برنامه‌ریزی ) یافت شد. با توجه به اصل پارتو و قانون 20.80 از مجموع 43مضمون پایه شناسایی شده، هشت با بیشترین درصد اهمیت شناسایی گردیده است که به ترتیب عبارت‌اند از آموزش اصولtpmبه کارکنان و عوامل اجرایی، فراهم نمودن زیرساخت‌های جدید فناوری اطلاعات ازجمله cmms،  فرهنگ‌سازی نگهداری در راستای tpm، حمایت و مشارکت مدیران و مسئولین ارشد سازمانی،  پیش‌بینی محرک‌های انگیزشی در کارکنان و یگان‌ها، اقناع استان‌ها و یگان‌های مستقل نسبت به اهمیت اجرای tpm، راه‌اندازی مراکز تعمیراتی جدید و استاندارد متناسب با tpm، اجرای کامل pm.

Identify TPM implementation requirements in the maintenance and repair of NAJA light vehicles

Background and Aim: Maintenance is one of the most important parts in the planning of any organization today and its role in the NAJA is more than other government organizations. The purpose of this study was to identify the requirements for TPM implementation in the NAJA light vehicle network.Method: This research is applied which has been done with a qualitative method. Data collection methods included interviews and documentary methods (archival studies) and nondocumentary methods (nonarchival studies). Content analysis and coding methods have been used to analyze the information.Findings: The research findings have shown that according to the results obtained from the review and analysis of themes related to the implementation requirements of TPM in the NAJA’s  light vehicles maintenance, totally 43 basic themes and 7 constructive themes (including: knowledge and education, cultural, process And technology, management, manpower, operational, planning) were found. According to the Pareto principle and the 20/80 law, from total of 43 basic themes identified, 8 themes with the highest percentage of importance have been identified, which include teaching TPM principles to employees and executives, providing new IT infrastructure including CMMS, training Maintenance with TPM direction, support and participation of managers and senior organizational officials, anticipation of motivational stimulants in staff and units, convincing provinces and independent units of the TPM implementation importance, establishing new and standard repair centers in accordance with TPM, Full PM implementation.
