شناسایی شاخص‌های حرکات انضباط عملیاتی بر موفقیت عملیات نظامی انتظامی

هدف و زمینه: نظر به تحولات صورت گرفته در فرایند نبرد و تاثیرپذیری موفقیت عملیات از انضباط عملیاتی و رویکردهای مترتب بر آن؛ و تجارب گران‌بهای نظام اسلامی در دوران دفاع مقدس و نبردهای اخیر از تاثیر انضباط عملیاتی با رویکرد حرکات بر موفقیت عملیات در سطوح راهبردی، عملیاتی و تاکتیکی، نوشتار حاضر با مطالعات اکتشافی در منابع بر آن است تا شاخص‌های حرکات انضباط عملیاتی را احصا و نقش آن‌ها را بر موفقیت عملیات تعیین نماید.روش: روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی است و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. پس از بررسی و نقد منابع و با تکیه بر دیدگاه‌های صاحب‌نظران، الگوی با 20 شاخص حرکات انضباط عملیاتی بر موفقیت عملیات تدوین شد. که پس از تعیین روایی با ضریب  88/. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در معرض قضاوت 44 نفر از صاحب‌نظران قرار داده شد.نتایج: بر اساس نتایج نظر به اینکه میانگین شاخص‌های بیست‌گانه از میانگین متوسط بیشتر است حرکات انضباط عملیاتی را از روی  شاخص‌های فوق می‌توان تعریف نمود. بالاترین میانگین مربوط «زمان‌بندی و طرح‌ریزی حرکات» با رتبه 79/4 و پایین‌ترین میانگین مربوط به شاخص « منابع محلی» با 09/4 است.یافته‌ها: نظر به اینکه در آزمون t و آزمون فریدمن میانگین شاخص‌ها 40/4 و سطح معنی‌داری موید این است که شاخص‌های بُعد حرکات انضباط عملیاتی بر موفقیت عملیات نظامی انتظامی تاثیر بالایی دارد.

Identifying indicators of operational discipline movements on the success of militarypolice operations

Aim and Background: Opinion on the stimulations of the battle process and the impact of operational discipline on operational success and its approaches; And the valuable experiences of the Islamic system during the time of the Holy Defense and the recent battles from the operational discipline impact with the movement approach on strategic, operational and tactical success. the writing wants to compute operational discipline movements indicators and determine their role in operations success using exploratory studies on existing resources.  Method: The research method is an exploratory mixture and is applied in terms of purpose. After reviewing and criticizing the resources and relying on the views of experts, a model with 20 indicators of operational discipline movements on the success of operations was developed. After determining the validity with a coefficient of /88 The researchermade questionnaire was judged by 44 observers.Results: Based on the results, considering that the average of twenty indicators is higher than the average, operational discipline movements can be defined from the above indicators. The highest average is related to movements scheduling and planning with a rank of 4.79 and the lowest average is related to the local resources index with a score of 4.09.Findings: Considering that in Ttest and Friedman test, the mean of the indices is 4.40 and the significance level confirms that the indicators of the dimension of operational discipline movements have a high impact on the success of militarypolice operations.
