آسیب‌شناسی نت جنگ‌افزارهای سبک در نیروی انتظامی

زمینه و هدف : نگهداری و تعمیرات جنگ‌افزارهای سبک ازجمله دغدغه‌های همیشگی فرماندهان و مسئولان نیروی انتظامی است و سالانه فعالیت‌های فراوانی در سراسر کشور در این رابطه صورت می‌گیرد و هزینه‌های بسیار زیادی صرف آن می‌شود و از همه مهم‌تر آنکه اجرای بهینه ماموریت‌های ناجا وابستگی مستقیمی به اجرای درست این فعالیت پراهمیت دارد.روش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که با روش پیمایشی صورت گرفته است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌وسیله پرسشنامه از فرماندهان، معاونین آماد و پشتیبانی و نیز مدیران نت نیروی انتظامی انجام‌گرفته است. نمونه آماری پژوهش، شامل 80 نفر از خبرگان  است که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و آزمون‌های آماری کالموگروف اسمیرنف و آزمون‌های تی تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها :یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که سیستم فعلی نگهداری و تعمیرات جنگ‌افزارهای سبک ناجا در مولفه‌های «درجه»، «حقوق و مزایا»، «بهداشت و ایمنی»، «انگیزه»، «قطعات»، «رایانه موردنیاز برای امور نت»، «تجربه نگاری و مستندسازی»، «فرهنگ‌سازمانی»، «کادر سازی»، «استفاده از افراد موثر» و «ارتقاء انگیزه» دچار آسیب است.

THE PATHOLOGY OF LIGHT WARFARES MAINTENANCE IN THE POLICE FORCE

Aim & background: Maintenance of light weapons is one of the constant concerns of commanders and officials of the police force, and many activities are carried out in this regard every year, It costs a lot of money, and most importantly the optimal execution of NAJA missions directly depends on the proper implementation of this important activity.Method: This research is of applied type which has been done by survey method. Data collection was done by questionnaire from commanders, deputies of logistics and also Maintenance managers of law enforcement. The statistical sample of the study includes 80 experts whom have been selected by random sampling. Analysis of the findings was performed using SPSS software and KolmogorovSmirnov statistical tests and single sampling t and Friedman tests.Findings: The research findings showed that the current system of NAJA light weapons maintenance are damaged in the degree, salary and benefits, health and safety, motivation, parts, computer required for maintenance affairs, Empiricism and documentation, organizational culture, staffing, using effective people and motivating components.
