ارزیابی آمادگی سازمان برای استقرار سیستم برخط مکانیزه نگهداری و تعمیرات

زمینه و هدف: سازمان در نظر دارد سامانه جامع برخط آماد را در تمامی رده‌های  تابعه راه‌اندازی نماید. ازآنجاکه موفقیت در اجرای هر پروژه در سازمان منوط به داشتن آگاهی لازم از ابعاد گوناگون سازمان است و در صورت عدم آگاهی از پیش‌نیازهای اجرای آن در سازمان، با عدم موفقیت روبرو خواهد شد لذا این تحقیق به‌منظور ارزیابی آمادگی یکی از رده‌های تابعه سازمان‌های نظامی انتظامی جهت پیاده سازی سیستم نت برخط مکانیزه انجام شد. روش: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی قرار دارد و روش آن پیمایشی است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از مدل 7s مکنزی و پررنگ نمودن فرهنگ سازمانی در ابعاد هفت‌گانه آن، به ارزیابی آمادگی سازمان پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل مدیران و کارشناسان مدیریت آماد تخصصی سازمان به تعداد 55 نفر بودند که به‌صورت تصادفی برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات ، انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات میدانی توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: پس از جمع آوری داده ها و تحلیل آن، آمادگی سازمان در ابعاد مختلف مطرح در تحقیق به تفکیک مولفه‌ها به‌دست‌آمده و پیشنهادهایی ارائه‌شده است. نتایج: تحلیل‌ها نشان می‌دهد  که سازمان در چهار بعد کارکنان، سبک مدیریتی، سیستم‌ها و راهبرد دارای آمادگی متوسط و ازنظر چهار بعد ارزش‌های مشترک، مهارت‌ها، فرهنگ سازمانی و ساختار سازمانی در وضعیت خوب ازنظر آمادگی قرار دارد.

Assess the organization’s readiness to deploy a mechanized online maintenance system

Background and Aim :The organizations intends to launch a comprehensive online ready system in all affiliate categories. Since the success of any project in the organization depends on having the necessary knowledge of the various dimensions of the organization and if you are not aware of the prerequisites for its implementation in the organization, we will face failure, so this study to assess the readiness of one category Subsidiaries of militarypolice enforcement organizations were implemented to implement a mechanized online net system.Method:This research is of descriptiveanalytical type and is in the category of applied research and its method is survey. In this study, using the Mackenzie 7S model and highlighting the organizational culture in its seven dimensions, the readiness of the organization was assessed. The statistical population of this study included 55 managers and experts of the organization’s specialized readiness management. Field information was collected by a researchermade questionnaire.Findings : After collecting data and analyzing it, the readiness of the organization in various dimensions of research has been obtained separately by components and final proposals have been presented accordingly.Results: The analysis shows that the organization is in four dimensions of employees, management style, systems and strategy with moderate readiness and in terms of four dimensions of common values, skills, organizational culture and organizational structure in good condition in terms of readiness.
