چگونه بلوغ لجستیک را بهبود ببخشیم؟ یک نقشه راه برای صنعت خدمات

هدف از این مقاله ارائه‌ی نتایج تحقیقی در مورد کاربرد نقشه راه فناوری  tplan  به‌عنوان ابزاری است که شیوه ی دستیابی به بلوغ لجستیک را به شرکت‌های خدماتی نمایش می‌دهد. نقشه راه فناوری  tplan آخرین مرحله از فرآیند ارزیابی بلوغ لجستیک براساس  lmm4si می باشد.اگرچه این تحقیق نتایج مربوط به بخش خدمات ترابری و ذخیره‌سازی را ارائه می‌دهد با این وجود این تحقیق برای هر بخش خدمات به طور جداگانه انجام شده است.در ابتدا، مشخصات مدل بلوغ لجستیک (lmm4si) ارائه شده است.بر اساس مبانی نظری روش نقشه راه فناوری  tplan  یک نقشه راه برای ارائه دهندگان لجستیک تهیه شده است که مراحل زیر را طی می‌کند: تحلیل محرک‌های بازار ، طراحی شاخص‌های بلوغ لجستیک ،مشخص کردن منابع شرکت‌های ارائه‌دهنده خدمات ترابری و ذخیره‌سازی که بلوغ لجستیک را مشخص می کنند.سرانجام، نتیجه اصلی این تحقیق ارائه شده است.

How to improve logistics maturity ?– a roadmap proposal for the service industry

The aim of the paper is to present research results on the use of the Tplan technology roadmap as a tool showing service companies the way to reach the logistics maturity. The Tplan technology roadmap is the last step of the logistics maturity assessment procedure based on the LMM4SI. This study presents research results for the transport and storage services sector however, the research was carried out for each service sector individually. Firstly, the profile of the logistics maturity model (LMM4SI) was presented. Based on the theoretical foundations of the Tplan technology roadmap method, there was prepared a roadmap for logistics providers preceded by the following stages: market drivers analysis, designing logistics maturity indicators, defining the resources of companies providing transport and storage services that determine logistics maturity.
