شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین پایدار صنعت غذایی با رویکرد تلفیقی مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و دیمتل ‌فازی

زمینه و هدف: فناوری زنجیره بلوکی یک فناوری نوین است که ویژگی‌های این فناوری باعث افزایش اعتماد در زنجیره تامین از طریق شفافیت و قابلیت ردیابی برای تامین‌کنندگان و مصرف‌کنندگان در زنجیره تامین است. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی، رتبه‌بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت زنجیره بلوکی و تعیین شدت تعاملات بین عوامل به صورت کمی است. روش: در این پژوهش با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت و دانشگاهی، عوامل کلیدی موفقیت موردنیاز برای اجرای فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین پایدار شناسایی شدند و با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری عوامل اولویت‌بندی شدند و از روش دیمتل ‌فازی برای تحلیل کمی روابط و تعامل میان عوامل استفاده شده است.  یافته‌ها: پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار با اجرای فناوری زنجیره بلوکی و با در نظر گرفتن این شش ویژگی مهم شفافیت داده‌ها، قابلیت ردیابی، کیفیت، امنیت داده‌ها، قرارداد هوشمند، عدم تمرکز کارآمدتر ‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شفافیت داده‌ها، عامل بسیار مهم در زنجیره تامین پایدار است. ویژگی‌های مشخص‌شده در این پژوهش به تصمیمات مدیریتی برای اجرای فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در سیستم زنجیره تامین کمک می‌کند تا اطمینان حاصل شود که سیستم شفاف‌تر، به‌راحتی قابل ردیابی است و درنهایت عملکرد سازمان بهبود می‌یابد.

Identification and ranking the key factors of block chain success in the sustainable supply chain of the food industry with an integrated approach of interpretive structural modelling and fuzzy DEMATEL

Aim & Background: Block chain is a new technology that the features of this technology increase trust in the supply chain through transparency and traceability for suppliers and consumers in the supply chain. The purpose of this study is to identify, ranking the key factors of block chain success and quantify the intensity of interactions between factors.Method: In this study, by reviewing the research literature and interviewing industry and academic experts, the key success factors required for the implementation of block chain technology in the sustainable supply chain were identified and the factors were prioritized using interpretive structural modeling. Quantitative analysis of relationships and interactions between factors has been used.Findings: The research shows that sustainable supply chain management becomes more efficient by implementing block chain technology and considering these six important characteristics of data transparency, traceability, quality, data security, smart contract, decentralization.Conclusion: This study shows that data transparency is a very important factor in a stable supply chain. The features identified in this study help management decisions to implement block chain technology in the supply chain system to ensure that the system is more transparent, easily traceable, and ultimately improves organizational performance.
