ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل رفتاری موثر در اجرای موفق مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز

زمینه و هدف: منبع انسانی هر سازمانی یک عامل حیاتی موفقیت برای مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز است که اثربخشی آن تحت تاثیر عوامل رفتاری خاص میباشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی، ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل رفتاری موثر در اجرای موفق مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز صنعت پتروشیمی با رویکرد تحلیل مسیر و تکنیک تصمیم‌گیری سوارا می‌باشد. بدین منظور، ابتدا با مرور گسترده ادبیات و شناسایی عوامل رفتاری موثر بر سیستم مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز، مدلی مفهومی متشکل از شش عامل استخراج شد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در رابطه با تعیین اثربخشی عوامل با آزمون تحلیل مسیر شامل 100 نفر از خبرگان، مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت در حوزه زنجیره تامین می‌باشند که به علت محدود بودن جامعه، از تمامی اعضاء برای تکمیل پرسشنامه استفاده شد. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری:خروجی تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که تمامی عوامل رفتاری استخراجی ازنظر اثربخشی در مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز صنعت مناسب هستند. لذا معنادار بودن تمامی عوامل در سطح اطمینان 95درصد مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. همچنین خروجی تکنیک سوارا با استفاده از نظرات 40 نفر از خبرگان، نشان از شناسایی عامل رفتاری اول یعنی پشتیبانی مدیریت ارشد با بیشترین وزن به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل و عامل چهارم (به حداقل رساندن مقاومت در برابر تغییر) نیز با کمترین وزن به‌عنوان کم‌اهمیت‌ترین عامل رفتاری در مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز صنعت دارد.

Identification and ranking of the effective behavioural factors in successful performance of green supply chain management

Aim & Background: Human resource in any organization is a vital success factor for green supply chain management which its influence is affected by special behavioral factors. The research’s main aim is identification, evaluation and ranking of the effective behavioral factors in successful performance of petrochemical industry green supply chain management Using path analysis approach and ’SWARA’ decision making technic. For this, at first by comprehensive browsing the literature and identifying the effective behavioral factors on green supply chain management system, a conceptual model constructed of 6 factors is extracted.Method: the research method from aim point of view is applicable and from data gathering style’s aspect is descriptivesurvey. Research’s statistical community related to determining the factors influence using path analysis examination includes 100 industry experts, managers and specialists who are active in the supply chain field; because of using limited community all of the members were used to fill the questionnaire.Findings: the output of path analysis showed that all of the extracted behavioral factors from effectiveness in industry green supply chain management view is suitable. So all of the factors significance are qualified with 95 percent reliability.Conclusion: The output of ’SWARA’ technic using 40 experts implied identification of first behavioral factor or senior management support with highest weight as most important factor and the fourth factor (minimizing resistance against change) with lowest weight as the most worthless behavioral factor in industry green supply chain management.
