بررسی وضعیت سیستم استانداردسازی بر اساس تحلیل سوات(swot) موردمطالعه :یک سازمان نظامی انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: این تحقیق باهدف بررسی وضعیت موجود سیستم استانداردسازی یکی از سازمان‌های تابعه نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سال 1399 انجام شد و به دنبال شناسایی نقطه بهینه استانداردسازی در سازمان موردمطالعه است. روش:  این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی بود و جامعه آماری این تحقیق را 10 نفر از استادان، فرماندهان و مدیران سازمان موردمطالعه تشکیل می‌دهند که از همه آن‌ها جمع‌آوری اطلاعات صورت گرفته است لذا در این تحقیق از روش تمام شمار استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها: الگوی بکار گیری شده سوات بود که در ابتدای انجام این پژوهش برای به دست آوردن عوامل درونی (نقاط قوت و ضعف) و همچنین عوامل بیرونی (فرصت و تهدید) سیستم استاندارد، در ابتدا تمام زوایا و محورهای تاثیرگذار سیستم ، در قالب کارگروه سیستم سازمان ، شناسایی شد. پس‌ازآن موضوعات مربوط موردبررسی و انتخاب قرار گرفت و نقاط قوت ، ضعف ، تهدیدها و فرصت‌ها تحلیل و شناسایی شدند.در ادامه و با انجام تحلیل‌های آماری و به دست آوردن ضرایب موردنظر، مشخص شد سازمان موردمطالعه ازنظر استانداردسازی  در وضعیت تهاجمی ضعیف قرار دارد نتیجه‌گیری:برای رسیدن به نقطه مطلوب  لازم است مدیریت استانداردسازی به نهاد توسعه استاندارد طبق آیین‌نامه استاندارد دفاعی ایران تبدیل‌شده و برنامه‌ریزی در خصوص استانداردهای بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی صورت پذیرفته و شبکه مجازی استانداردسازی و استفاده از ظرفیت نیروی انسانی رده‌ها در ساختار مجازی انجام گیرد.

Assessing the status of the standardization system based on (SWOT) the case study: a digitallaw enforcement organization

Background and Aim: This study was conducted to investigate the current status of the standardization system of one of the affiliated organizations of the Armed Police Forces of Islamic Republic of Iran in 1399 and seeks to identify the optimal point of standardization in organization.Method: This research was applied and the statistical population of this research consists of 10 professors ,commanders and managers of the organization, all of them have collected information, so in this study, the integrated method has been used.Results: The used model was SWOT, which at the beginning of this study to obtain the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) as well as external factors (opportunities and threats) of the standard system, at first all the angles and axes of the system in the form of Organization system working group was identified. After that, the relevant issues were reviewed and selected, and strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities were analysed and identified.Conclusion: In order to reach the desired point, it is necessary to standardize the management to become a standard development institution according to Iran’s defense – police standard regulations and plan for energy consumption optimization standards and standardize the virtual network and use of the human resources capacity of the categories in the virtual structure.
