ارائه مدل پارادایمی زنجیره تامین آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه هریک از راهبرد‌های زنجیره تامین با کاستی‌هایی روبرو است، لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی  برای زنجیره تامین آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا با ترکیب راهبرد‌های زنجیره تامین ناب،چابک ، سبز و پایدار در قالب مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از قابلیت‌های رویکردهای فوق به‌صورت هم‌زمان است. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر در زمره تحقیقات کیفی مبتنی بر روش داده بنیان است. نمونه‌ی تحقیق شامل 12 خبره در حوزه زنجیره تامین بر اساس منطق نمونه‌گیری به شکل هدفمند و طبق قاعده اشباع تعیین و انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده در طول فرآیند مصاحبه به‌وسیله فرآیند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه، منجر به ارائه مدل زنجیره تامین ترکیبی ناجا باتعداد پنج مقوله اصلی و 46 مقوله فرعی در قالب شرایط زمینه‌ای (هشت مقوله) شرایط علی (پنج مقوله) پدیده محوری(نه مقوله) راهبردها و اقدامات (شش مقوله) شرایط مداخله‌گر (نه مقوله) پیامدها (نه مقوله) شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس مدل پارادایمی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت نگاه کل‌نگر در تدوین  زنجیره تامین در آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا موجب استفاده بهینه از منابع، زمان، مکان و بهینه‌سازی فرآیند آمادی خواهد شد

Provide a paradigmatic model of Police logistic supply chain

Aim & Background: Given that each supply chain strategy has shortcomings, so the purpose of this study is to provide a model for the Police supply chain by combining lean, agile, resilience and green supply chain strategies in the form of LARG supply chain management in order to take advantage of the model’s capabilities. The above approaches are simultaneous. Methodology: The present research is a qualitative in terms of purpose and was done using data foundation theory. The research sample includes 12 experts in the field of Logistics were selected based on the sampling logic of research in a purposeful manner and according to the saturation rule. Semistructured interviews were used to collect data. Data collected during the interview process were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding process. Findings: The results of the interview’s qualitative data analysis, led to the presentation of Police hybrid supply chain model with five main categories and 46 subcategories in the form of contextual conditions (eight categories), causal conditions (five categories), pivotal phenomenon (nine categories) strategies and actions (six categories) conditions The intervener (nine categories) the consequences (nine categories). Conclusion: Based on the paradigm model, it can be concluded that a holistic view of supply chain preparation at Police support will lead to the optimal use of resources, time, place and optimization of the preparation process.
