ارزیابی وضعیت تاب‌آوری سیستم‌های آمادی دفاعی (مطالعه موردی: فرماندهی آماد و پشتیبانی یک یگان دفاعی)

زمینه و هدف: تاب‌آوری­ زنجیره تامین بر توسعه قابلیت انطباق‌پذیری به‌منظور آمادگی در برابر حوادث غیرقابل‌پیش‌بینی و پاسخگویی در برابر اختلالات و بازیابی از آن‌ها تمرکز دارد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی وضعیت تاب­آوری آماد در یک یگان دفاعی انجام‌شده است. روش:  این تحقیق از حیث هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی و از جهت نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی به شمار می‌آید. جامعه آماری پژوهش دربرگیرنده فرماندهان و مدیران یکی از سازمان­های دفاعی مستقر در استان تهران به تعداد 80 نفر می‌باشد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه تاب­آوری بنجامین طبق اهداف، وظایف و رسالت سازمان هدف اصلاح و بازنگری گردید. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها بر اساس نظرات خبرگان و پایایی آن‌ها نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ با ضریب  0.828 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در تحلیل داده‌ها با توجه به عدم نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها از آزمون­های‌ ناپارامتریک (دوجمله­ای و فریدمن) استفاده شده است. یافته­ها:تحلیل­ها نشان می­دهد که عوامل همکاری، انعطاف­پذیری و افزونگی دارای وضعیت مناسبی بوده و تنها عامل چابکی دارای وضعیت نامطلوبی است. نتیجه­گیری: نتایج آزمون فرضیات پژوهش نشان می‌دهد علیرغم وضعیت نامطلوب عامل چابکی، تاب‌آوری آماد و پشتیبانی سازمان موردمطالعه دارای وضعیت مناسبی است.

Evaluating the resilience status of defenselogistics systems (case study: the logistics commandant ship of defense unit)

Aim and background: Supply chain resilience focuses on developing adaptability to prepare for unforeseen events and respond to disasters and recover from them. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the status of resiliency in a defense unit. Method: This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey research in terms of how to collect data. The statistical population of the study includes 80 commanders and managers of one of the defense organizations based in Tehran province. To collect data, Benjamin Resilience Questionnaire was modified and revised according to the objectives, tasks and mission of the target organization. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed based on the opinions of the experts and their reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha test with a coefficient of 0.828. Non parametric tests (binomial and Friedman) were used in data analysis due to the abnormality of the data distribution. Findings: The analysis shows that the factors of cooperation, flexibility, and redundancy are in a good condition and only the agility factor is in an unfavorable condition. Conclusion: The results of the research hypotheses test show that despite the unfavorable status of the agility factor, the readiness of the studied organization is in a good condition and according to the obtained results, executive suggestions and suggestions for future research have been provided
