بررسی و شناسایی ابعاد مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج در معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی نیروی انتظامی تهران بزرگ

زمینه و هدف:زنجیره تامین لارج متشکل از زنجیره‌های تامین ناب، چابک، انعطاف‌پذیر و سبز هستند که یکی از زنجیره‌های بسیار پرکاربرد کنونی مدیریت زنجیره تامین در جهان هستند که برای بهبود عملکرد و همچنین افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی سازمان بکار گرفته‌شده‌اند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی و تبیین پیاده‌سازی زنجیره تامین لارج در نیروی انتظامی تهران بزرگ است. روش:جامعه آماری این تحقیق را 30 نفر از استادان، فرماندهان و مدیران آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا تشکیل می‌دهند که از همه آن‌ها جمع‌آوری اطلاعات صورت گرفته است. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق خبرگان و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ با ضریب 0.769 به دست آمد. بررسی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها، شاخص‌های زنجیره تامین لارج و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها سوالات این تحقیق را تشکیل داده‌اند. روش تحقیق اکتشافی بود که به‌صورت مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و نیز تجزیه تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی مبین این است که مدل زنجیره تامین آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا شامل پنج بعد است. این ابعاد عبارت‌اند از: مدیریت چندگانه، یکپارچه‌سازی، عملکرد، مدیریت بهره‌وری و مدیریت سبز. نتیجه‌گیری:پیاده‌سازی اصولی و صحیح زنجیره تامین لارج باعث بهره‌مندی از زنجیره تامین ناب، انعطاف‌پذیر، سبز و چابک می‌شود. این امر از طریق برقراری ارتباط منطقی بین اصول یادشده محقق می‌شود.

Investigating and identifying the dimensions of LARG supply chain management in the Deputy of logistics in Great Tehran Police Force

Background and Aim: Large supply chains consist of lean, agile, flexible and green supply chains, which are one of the most widely used supply chain management chains in the world, which are used to improve the performance as well as increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the implementation of large supply chain in the police force of Greater Tehran. Method: The statistical population of this study consists of 30 professors, commanders and managers of NAJA readiness and support, all of whom have collected information. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by experts and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach’s alpha test with a coefficient of 0.769. The study of dimensions, components, large supply chain indicators and their prioritization have been the questions of this research. The research method was exploratory, which was done in the form of library and field studies with the help of a researchermade questionnaire. Descriptive statistical methods as well as confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis show that the NAJA supply and support chain model includes five dimensions. These dimensions are: multiple management, integration, performance, productivity management and green management. Conclusion: Principled and correct implementation of large supply chain benefits from a clean, flexible, green and agile supply chain. This is achieved by establishing a logical connection between the mentioned principles.
