طراحی الگوی شبکه همکاری دانشی اثربخش در سازمان‌های تحقیقاتی (مورد مطالعه: موسسه تحقیقات صنایع دفاعی ج.ا ایران)

زمینه و هدف: امروزه مهم ترین مشخصه محیط های سازمانی تغییرات سریعی است که سبب پیچیدگی و کاهش قدرت سازمان ها در پیش بینی رویدادهای آینده شده و آن ها را در مسیر کسب موفقیت دچار چالش نموده است. در چنین شرایطی یک سازمان به تنهایی از عهده پیچیدگی و رقابت های موجود بر نمی آید. شبکه همکاری با ترسیم فضایی جدید، زمینه تقویت نوآوری و افزایش توان رقابت و بقا در محیط را برای سازمان فراهم نموده و هزینه و ریسک موجود را کاهش می دهد؛ اما یک شبکه همکاری چه تصویری دارد. روش: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال طراحی الگوی شبکه همکاری اثربخش در موسسه تحقیقات صنایع دفاعی، ابعاد، مولفه ها و عناصر تاثیرگذار را شناسایی نموده است. در این راستا با بهره برداری از پیشینه ادبیات موجود در زمینه شبکه ها، مفاهیم اولیه شناسایی شده و با استفاده از روش نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد و مصاحبه با خبرگان، اساتید و مدیران بخش دفاعی مرتبط با موضوع، کدگذاری های باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام گرفته است. یافته ها: بر اساس کدگذاری های صورت گرفته، عوامل و عناصر الگو شناسایی گردید. الگوی استخراج شده از پژوهش حاضر نسبت به تحقیقات پیشین، با نگاهی جامع‌تر به بررسی بخش‌های گوناگون پرداخته است. نتیجه گیری: در نهایت ابعاد عملکرد و دستاورد اثربخش شبکه شامل  ساختار شبکه، فرایند شبکه، کارکرد شبکه، اعضای شبکه، ماهیت و موضوعات همکاری، شرایط محیط کلان همکاری، انگیزه بنیان گذاران شبکه و انگیزه همکاران شبکه پرداخته است و شبکه همکاری را به لحاظ گستره عناصر مورد توجه در صنعت دفاعی توسعه داده است.

Designing a model of effective knowledge cooperation network in research organizations (Case study: Defense Industry Research Institute)

Aim and background: Today, the most important characteristic of organizational environments is rapid change, which has caused complexity and reduced the power of organizations in predicting future events and has challenged them on the path to success. In such a situation, an organization alone cannot cope with the complexity and competition. By drawing a new space, the cooperation network has provided the ground for strengthening innovation and increasing competitiveness and survival in the environment for the organization and reduces the existing costs and risks. But what does a cooperation network look like? Method: The present study, following the design of an effective cooperation network model in the Institute of Defense Industries, has identified the dimensions, components and influential elements. In this regard, taking advantage of the existing literature in the field of networks, the basic concepts are identified and using the data theorizing method of the foundation and interviews with experts, professors and defense managers related to the subject, open, pivotal and selective coding has been done Findings: based on the coding, the factors and elements of the model are identified, the model extracted from this research,comparing with previous research, has a more comprehensive look on investigating the various sections. Conclusion: finally, network performance demensions and effective achievement include network structure, network process, network members, nature and topics of cooperation, the conditions of extended cooperation, motivation of network founders and motivation Network Partners has developed a network of cooperation in terms of the range of elements of interest in the defense industry.
