ارزیابی میزان موفقیت سامانه جامع تامین و توزیع اقلام تخصصی یک سازمان نظامی - انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی سامانه‌های اطلاعاتی ضرورتی راهبردی در حیات سازمان‌ها و انجام فعالیت‌های کاری دارد. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی میزان موفقیت سامانه جامع اطلاعاتی در زیر شاخه تامین و توزیع اقلام تخصصی یک سازمان نظامی انتظامی انجام شده است. روش: تحقیق از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی و از نظر روش از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 114 نفر مدیران شعبات سازمان بوده و روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تمام شماری می‌باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی پرسشنامه با تایید استادان راهنما و مشاور انجام گرفت و برای سنجش پایایی آن از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید که پایایی آن  0.962 بدست آمد. برای توصیف داده‌ها از میانگین، انحراف معیار و ... استفاده و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی و آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن و برای اندازه‌گیری رابطه بین ابعاد از آزمون همیستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد میانگین نظرات پرسش‌شوندگان در خصوص ابعاد شش‌گانه مدل (کیفیت سامانه ، کیفیت اطلاعات، کیفیت سرویس، استفاده، رضایت، مزایای خالص) و 31مولفه‌ در سطح 0.05 معنادار بوده و همگی مورد تایید پرسش‌شوندگان قرار گرفتند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج رتبه‌بندی آزمون فریدمن نشان داد بعد کیفیت اطلاعات بالاترین رتبه و بعد کیفیت سرویس پایین‌ترین رتبه را دارد. با توجه به ضریب تعیین بعد کیفیت اطلاعات بیشترین میزان تاثیر و بعد کیفیت سرویس کمترین میزان تاثیر در موفقیت سامانه را دارد.

Evaluate the success of the comprehensive system of supply and distribution of specialized items in a militarypolice organization

Background and Aim: Evaluation of information systems is a strategic necessity in the life of organizations and work activities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the success rate of a comprehensive intelligence system under the branch of supply and distribution of specialized items of a militarypolice organization Method: The research is descriptiveanalytical and in terms of method is survey. The statistical population of this study includes 114 managers of the organization’s branches and the sampling method is counting. Data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire that the validity of the questionnaire was done with the approval of supervisors and consultants and to measure its reliability Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used with a reliability of 0.962. To describe the data from the mean standard deviation Etc. is used to analyze the data, Ttest and Friedman ranking test and Pearson correlation test is used to measure the relationship between dimensions. Findings: The findings show that the average opinions of the respondents regarding the six dimensions of the model (system quality, information quality, service quality, use, satisfaction, special benefits) and 31 components are significant at the level of 0.05 and all of them were approved by the respondents. Conclusion: The ranking results of Farid Man test showed that the information quality dimension has the highest rank and the service quality dimension has the lowest rank. According to the coefficient of determination, the information quality dimension has the greatest impact and the service quality dimension has the least impact on the system success.
