ارائه الگوی استقرار سیستم مدیریت دانش در اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی استقرار سیستم مدیریت دانش در اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران انجام شد.روش شناسی: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش گردآوری داده ها، اکتشافی از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه آماری مقالات داخلی و خارجی در سال های 2000 الی 2019 بودند. روش نمونه گیری با مقالات حائز اولوبت بالاتر در روش شناسی کسپ آغاز و با رسیدن به کفایت تئوریک خاتمه یافت. با جستجوی سیستماتیک در 7 پایگاه داده، 152 مقاله یافت شد که در مراحل ارزیابی در نهایت 14 مقاله  برای تدوین الگو مورد تائید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی روایی فراترکیب، از ابزار ارزیابی حیاتی (کسپ) و به منظور سنجش پایایی از شاخص کاپای کوهن  که (0.75) به دست آمد، استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از الگوی هفت مرحله ای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) انجام شد.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که سیستم مدیریت دانش دارای، 50 شاخص و 11 مولفه شامل حمایت مدیریت ارشد، فرهنگ سازمانی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، زیرساخت سازمانی، زیرساخت های فن آورانه، توانمندی های فن آورنه، توانمندسازی، فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش، استراتژی و اهداف، محرک های انگیزاننده دانشی و معماری دانش شناسایی شدند و بر اساس آن الگوی استقرار سیستم مدیریت دانش ترسیم شد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به شاخص ها و مولفه های شناسایی شده برای استقرار سیستم مدیریت دانش در اداره کل آموزش و پرورش، متخصصان و برنامه ریزان می توانند از طریق بهبود مضامین این پژوهش گام موثری در جهت بهبود عملکرد و اثربخشی سازمانی مبتنی بر دانش بردارند.

A Pattern of Establishing Knowledge Management in the Education Organization in Mazandaran Province

Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a model for establishing a knowledge management system in the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province.Methodology: The research was applied in terms of purpose and from the point of view of data collection method, it was a qualitative exploration. The statistical population was domestic and foreign articles from 2000 to 2019. The sampling method started with articles with higher priority in Kasp methodology and ended with reaching theoretical adequacy. A systematic search of 7 databases found 152 articles, and in the evaluation process, 14 articles were finally approved for template development. To evaluate the validity of the metacombination, the vital assessment tool (CASP) was used and to measure the reliability of the Cohen Kappa index (0.75), was used. Data analysis was performed using Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) sevenstep model.Findings: The results showed that the knowledge management system has 50 codes and 11 components including senior management support, organizational culture, human resource management, organizational infrastructure, technological infrastructure, technological capabilities, empowerment, knowledge management processes, strategy Objectives, motivators of knowledge and knowledge architecture were identified and based on that, the pattern of establishing the knowledge management system was drawn.Conclusion: Considering the identified indicators and components for establishing a knowledge management system in the General Directorate of Education, specialists and planners can take an effective step to improve the performance and effectiveness of knowledgebased organizations by improving the themes of this research. .
