تبیین تاثیر تدریس به شیوه تلفیقی بر کیفیت یادگیری دانشجویان در استان مازندران به‌منظور ارائه مدل

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین تاثیر تدریس به شیوه تلفیقی بر کیفیت یادگیری دانشجویان در استان مازندران به‌منظور ارائه مدل بود.روش شناسی: این تحقیق کاربردی– توسعه ای، روش گردآوری داده ها میدانی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اساتید آموزش عالی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران در سال 1397-1396 به تعداد 201 نفر بودند، که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای 132 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته کیفیت یادگیری و بکارگیری شیوه تلفیقی در آموزش عالی بود. روایی این پرسشنامه ها توسط متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت، پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمد. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها نیز از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و pls استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد سه بعد یادگیری (کیفیت سنجش و ارزش‌یابی، انتخاب اهداف و انتخاب تکنولوژی، استراتژی یادگیری و مدیریت کلاس داری و یادسپاری) استخراج شده است. هم چنین نشان داد ابعاد تدریس تلفیقی (ابعاد یادگیری،  تعاملی محور، مستقیم و فراگیر محور) شناسایی و استخراج شده است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: استفاده از رویکرد آموزش تلفیقی با ایجاد بستر مناسب جهت اجرای روش‌های دانشجومحور و انجام فعالیت‌های متناسب، زمینه تثبیت و افزایش ماندگاری مفاهیم آموخته‌شده را فراهم کند. بنابراین فرآیند آموزش تلفیقی سبب جلب‌توجه بیشتر دانشجویان به مطالب درسی می‌گردد و نهایتاً میل به یادگیری مطالب را میسر می‌سازد.

Explaining the Effect of Integrated Teaching on the Quality of Students’ Learning in Mazandaran Province in Order to Present a Model

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of integrated teaching on the quality of students’ learning in Mazandaran province in order to present a model.Methodology: This is an applieddevelopmental research, a field data collection method and a descriptivesurvey method. The statistical population includes all professors of higher education of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran in 201718 to 201 people, which using Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling method of 132 people as the sample size was selected Were. Data collection tools were researchermade questionnaires on the quality of learning and the use of integrated methods in higher education. The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by experts, reliability was obtained through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis using Spss and pls software.Findings: The results showed that three dimensions of learningmemorization (quality of assessment and evaluation, goal selection and technology selection, learning strategy and management of classroom and memorization) and three dimensions of academic motivation (goal orientation, selfefficacy in acquiring skills and External valuation) has been extracted. It also showed that the dimensions of integrated teaching (dimensions of learning, interactive, direct and inclusive) have been identified and extracted.Conclusion: The use of integrated education approach is effective on motivation and riskseeking The use of the integrated education approach, by creating a suitable platform for the implementation of studentcentered methods and performing appropriate activities, will provide the ground for consolidating and increasing the durability of the learned concepts. Therefore, the process of integrated education causes students to pay more attention to the curriculum and ultimately facilitates the desire to learn the curriculum.
