ارائه و اعتباریابی ابزار سنجش رهبری فرهنگی در مدیران مدارس استان قم

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه و اعتباریابی ابزار سنجش رهبری فرهنگی در مدیران مدارس استان قم انجام شد.روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه این پژوهش مدیران مدارس استان قم در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند که تعداد آنها 944 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 274 نفر برآورد که با توجه به ریزش‌های احتمالی تعداد 300 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، اما به دلیل 10 پرسشنامه مفقوده تحلیل‌ها برای 290 نفر انجام شد. برای رهبری فرهنگی پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 129 گویه‌ای با طیف لیکرت 5 درجه‌ای طراحی و شاخص‌های روانسنجی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و روایی سازه ابزار با روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 25 بررسی شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که روایی محتوایی ابزار با نظر متخصصان تایید و بررسی روایی سازه حاکی از آن بود که تعداد 11 گویه به دلیل بار عاملی کمتر از 0.3 از ابزار حذف و ابزار نهایی 118 گویه داشت. پرسشنامه سنجش رهبری فرهنگی در مدیران مدارس دارای 25 عامل بود که بار عاملی و روایی همگرای همه عامل‌ها بالاتر از 0.5 و پایایی همه آنها بالاتر از 0.70 بود.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: پرسشنامه سنجش رهبری فرهنگی در مدیران مدارس با 25 عامل دارای شاخص‌های روانسنجی مناسبی بود. بنابراین، مسئولان

Providing and Validating Cultural Leadership Assessment Tools in School Principals of Qom Province

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of providing and validating cultural leadership assessment tools in school principals in Qom province.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptivecorrelational. The population of this research was the schools principals of Qom province in the 201920 academic years, which their number was 944 people. The sample size based on Cochran’s formula was estimated to be 274 people, which due to the possible losses number of 300 people were selected by simple random sampling method as a sample, but due to 10 missing questionnaires the analyzes were performed for 290 people. For cultural leadership designed a 129item researchermade questionnaire with a 5point Likert scale and were examined its psychometric indices. The content validity of the questionnaire was investigated by experts and the construct validity of the instrument was investigated by exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was investigated by Cronbach’s alpha in SPSS25 software.Findings: The results showed that the content validity of the instrument was confirmed with the opinion of experts and reviewing the structure validity indicated that 11 items were removed from the tool due to factor loading less than 0.3 and the final tool had 118 items. The cultural leadership assessment questionnaire in school principals had 25 factors that the factor load and convergent validity of all factors were higher than 0.5 and the reliability of all of them and total of tolls by Cronbach’s alpha method was higher than 0.70.Conclusion: The cultural leadership assessment questionnaire in school principals with 25 factors had appropriate psychometric indices. Therefore, education officials and planners can use this tool to select principals and based on it select capable principals.
