ارائه مدل تاثیرگذاری مدیریت مدرسه محور بر خلاقیت معلمان در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان بابل

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل تاثیرگذاری مدیریت مدرسه محور بر خلاقیت معلمان در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان بابل بود. روش: این پژوهش در حالت کلی از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر میزان کنترل متغیرها میدانی و از نظر جمع آوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع زمینه‌یابی بود و از سوی دیگر پژوهش حاضر را می‌توان نوعی پژوهش اکتشافی تلقی کرد. جامعۀ آماری مرحله کیفی 15 نفر از مدیران و معلمان برگزیده مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان بابل بود که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با استفاده از شاخص اشباع نظری نسبت به نمونه گیری از جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند و جامعه آماری مرحله کمی شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان مدارس ابتدایی دولتی شهرستان بابل بود که تعداد آنها 1318 نفر بود با توجه به جدول مورگان 302 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته بود. روش تجزیه تحلیل در مرحله کیفی کد گذاری و در مرحله کمی از آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار smartpls و spss استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج مرحله کیفی پژوهش نشان داد ابعاد مدیریت مدرسه محور در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان بابل شامل ابعاد مشارکت ذینفعان، سرمایه اجتماعی، استراتژی مدرسه، عوامل پشتیبانی، عملکرد سازمانی، امکان تحقق مدیریت مدرسه محور و عوامل ساختاری و ابعاد خلاقیت معلمان در مدیران و معلمان مدارس بابل شامل ابعاد سلامت سازمانی، سرمایه روانشناختی، عوامل محیطی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل فردی و ساختار عملیاتی مدرسه بود و نتایج مرحله کمی پژوهش نشان داد تاثیر مدیریت مدرسه محور بر خلاقیت معلمان مقدار tvalue آن برابر با (6.707) و ضریب مسیر (0.547) بود؛ در واقع نتایج نشان داد مدیریت مدرسه محور بر خلاقیت معلمان در مدیران و معلمان مدارس بابل به میزان 0.547 تاثیر داشت. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش مدل تاثیرگذاری مدیریت مدرسه محور بر خلاقیت معلمان در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان بابل از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار می باشد.

Presenting an Effective Model of School-Based Management on Teacher’s Creativity in Primary Schools in Babol City

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present an effective model of schoolbased management on Teacher’s creativity in primary schools in Babol. Methodology: In general, this research was a descriptive field in terms of applied purpose, field control in terms of control and data collection in terms of data collection, and on the other hand, the present study can be considered as an exploratory research. The statistical population of the qualitative stage was 15 selected principals and teachers of primary schools in Babol city who were selected by purposive sampling method using theoretical saturation index compared to sampling from the statistical population. Babol, whose number was 1318 people, according to Morgan table, 302 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. The research tool was a researchermade questionnaire. The analysis method was coded in the qualitative stage and in the quantitative stage the structural equation model test was used using smartpls and spss software. Finding: The results of the qualitative phase of the research showed that the dimensions of schoolbased management in primary schools in Babol include stakeholder participation, social capital, school strategy, support factors, organizational performance, the possibility of schoolbased management and structural factors and dimensions of Teacher’s creativity in principals and Teacher’s of Babylon schools include the dimensions of organizational health, psychological capital, environmental factors, cultural factors, individual factors and the operational structure of the school. The results of the quantitative phase of the research showed that the effect of schoolbased management on Teacher’s creativity was equal to (6.707) and path coefficient (0.547). The rate was 0.547. Conclusion: According to the research findings, the effective model of schoolbased management on Teacher’s creativity in primary schools in Babol city has a favorable fit.
