ارائه مدل دانش پژوهی به منظور توسعه منابع انسانی آموزش و پرورش

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل دانش پژوهی به منظور توسعه منابع انسانی آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش در گروه پژوهش های توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران متخصص(شامل روسا، معاونین، کارشناسان و کارشناسان مسئول) اداره ی کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران بود  و براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان  تعداد 119 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از دو روش اسنادی(کتابخانه ها و پایان نامه، سایت های اینترنتی) و میدانی(توزیع و تکمیل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته) و با مراجعه به منطقه مورد مطالعه و توسط افراد نمونه، اقدام شد.  تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش شامل دو بخش؛ تحلیل آمار توصیفی(میانگین، انحراف معیار، جداول توزیع فراوانی و نمودار) که با کمک نرم افزار spss و تحلیل آمار استنباطی (روش های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری)بود که از نرم افزار lisrel استفاده گردید. در نهایت در  ارائه مدل دانش آینده پژوهی مبتنی بر ابعاد و عوامل شناسایی شده از فرایند تحقیق و برازش مدل معادلات ساختاری از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار pls استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از تحلیل داده ها نشان داد؛ کلیه مولفه ها دارای اثر مثبت و معناداری بر توسعه منابع انسانی آموزش و پرورش برای آینده ی بودند. در این میان، بالاترین ضریب مربوط به توانمندی سازمانی بود و پس از آن به ترتیب عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، معنوی و جسمانی قرار داشت. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش دانش سرمایه انسانی یکی از مهمترین و حیاتی ترین منابع راهبردی جهت پیشبرد اهداف آموزش و پرورش می باشد.

Provide a scholarly model for the development of human resources in education

Purpose: The aim of this study was to present a scholarly model for the development of human resources in education in Mazandaran province. Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method in the group of descriptivesurvey research. The statistical population of the study included all expert managers (including heads, deputies, experts and responsible experts) of the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province and based on Krejcie and Morgan table, 119 people were selected as the sample size. In order to collect information from two documentary methods (libraries and dissertations, Internet sites) and field (distribution and completion of a researchermade questionnaire) and referring to the study area and by sample people, was done. Research data analysis consists of two parts; Descriptive statistics analysis (mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables and graphs) with the help of SPSS software and inferential statistics analysis (confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods) using LISREL software. Finally, in presenting the futures research knowledge model based on the dimensions and identified factors of the research process and fitting the structural equation model, the partial least squares method and PLS software were used. Results: Findings from data analysis showed; All components had a positive and significant effect on the development of education human resources for the future. Among them, the highest coefficient was related to organizational capability, followed by cultural and social, spiritual and physical factors, respectively. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, knowledge of human capital is one of the most important and vital strategic resources to advance the goals of education
