طراحی مدل مدیریت عملکرد مربیان مهدکودک‌های ایران

هدف: مهدکودک محلی است برای مراقبت، شناخت استعدادها،‌ پرورش عاطفی، جسمی، هوشی، رفتاری (اجتماعی) گفتاری و رشد خلاقیت کودکان در سن پیش از دبستان. امروزه آموزش‌وپرورش پیش از دبستان، بیش از هر زمان دیگری از ضرورت و اهمیت و حساسیت برخوردار گشته است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش و ماهیت ترکیبی بود، جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل سه بخش بود یکی خبرگان و کارشناسان فرهنگی سازمان بهزیستی و قسمت دوم شامل کلیه مدیران و مربیان مهدهای کودک ایران و سوم خانواده‌های کودکان در سال 1394-1393 بودند. تعداد 15 نفر در قسمت کیفی تحلیل با استفاده از روش دلفی و در بخش کمی تعداد 384 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق، سه پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی اینریچ (1982)، شادمانی فوردایس (1997) و سازگاری کودکان دخانچی (1377) بود که مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. برای اندازه‌گیری روایی پرسشنامه‌ها از روش محتوایی و برای تعیین پایایی آن آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید که مقدار آن برای پرسشنامه والدین برابر 0.891، برای پرسشنامه مدیران و خبرگان برابر 0.841 و برای پرسشنامه مربیان برابر 0.926 برآورد گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون برای پاسخ به سوالات، آزمون t دو نمونه‌ای و تحلیل واریانس برای مقایسه میانگین پاسخگویی گروه‌های مستقل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 23spss انجام شد.یافته ها : نتایج آزمون کولموگروفاسمیرنوف نشان داد داده‌ها پژوهش دار ای توزیع نرمال هستند . همچنین نتایج تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تی تست مستقل و همبستگی و رگرسیون نشان داد که عملکرد مربیان بر رضایت والدین و سازگاری کودکان به‌طور معنی‌دار تاثیر دارد؛ همچنین عملکرد مربیان بر عملکرد مهدکودک‌ها به‌طور معنی‌دار تاثیر دارد و درنهایت عملکرد مربیان بر سودآوری مهدکودک‌ها به‌طور معنی‌دار تاثیر دارد. نتیجه گیری : بر این اساس مدل مدیریت عملکرد مربیان طرحی جامع، کامل و جدید در مهدهای کودک ایران بوده که بر رضایت والدین، عملکرد مهدهای کودک، سودآوری مهدهای کودک و سازگاری کودکان با این محیط تاثیر مثبت می گذارد.

Designing a model of performance management for kindergarten teachers in Iran

Purpose: Kindergarten is a place for care, talent recognition, emotional, physical, intellectual, behavioral (social) speech development and development of childrenchr('39')s creativity in preschool age. Today, preschool education has become more important and sensitive than ever.Methodology:This study was applied in terms of purpose and combined in terms of method and nature. The statistical population of this study consisted of three parts: one by experts and cultural experts of the Welfare Organization and the second part included all managers and educators of kindergartens in Iran and the third childrenchr('39')s families in 2015. They were 201415. 15 people in the qualitative part of the analysis were selected using Delphi method and in the quantitative part 384 people were selected as the sample using Cochranchr('39')s formula. The research measurement tools were three inrich family satisfaction questionnaires (1997), Fordais happiness (1997), and Dachanchi childrenchr('39')s adjustment (1998), which was used. To measure the validity of the questionnaires, Cronbachchr('39')s alpha was calculated from the content method and to determine its reliability, the value was estimated to be 0.891 for the parent questionnaire, 0.841 for the managers chr('39')and expertschr('39') questionnaire and 0.926 for the teacherchr('39')s questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using correlation and regression tests to answer the questions, ttest was two samples and analysis of variance was used to compare the mean responsiveness of independent groups using 23SPSS software.Results: The results of KolmogorovSmirnov test showed that the research data are normal distribution. Also, the results of analysis of variance and independent ttest and correlation and regression test showed that the performance of educators has a significant effect on parental satisfaction and childrenchr('39')s adjustment; also, the performance of educators has a significant effect on the performance of kindergartens, and finally, the performance of educators has a significant effect on the profitability of kindergartens.Conclusion: Based on this, the performance management model of educators is a comprehensive, complete and new plan in kindergartens in Iran, which has a positive effect on parental satisfaction, kindergarten performance, kindergarten profitability and childrenchr('39')s adaptation to this environment.
