راهکارهای آموزه‌های اسلام در ایجاد ایمنی شغلی

زمینه و هدف: ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی، اهمیت زیادی در مدیریت منابع انسانی به‌ویژه در محیط کار دارد. در عصر جهانی شدن و نوسازی، ایمنی و امنیت در اجرای کارآمد یک کسب و کار بسیار ضروری است و به‌عنوان مولفه‌ای پویا و درون‌زا در محیط کاری تاثیرگذار است و منجر به ایجاد سودآوری بیشتر برای کارفرما می‌شود. آموزه‌های دین اسلام علاوه بر توجه به سود مادی از منظری متفاوت به ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی می‌نگرد به‌طوری‌که می‌توان با واکاوی منابع دینی مبانی شناختی و اصول ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی را رصد کرد. ازاین‌رو، نویسنده در این مقاله به واکاوی راهکارهای آموزه‌های اسلام در ایجاد ایمنی شغلی می‌پردازد.روش: این تحقیق از نوع نظری است. ‌روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی و روش جمع‏آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‏ای است و ضمن مراجعه به اسناد، کتب و مقالات، سازوکارهای آموزه‌های دینی را در ایجاد ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی، به‌عنوان یکی از موضوعات مهم در مدیریت منابع انسانی بررسی می‌نماید.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صادقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که آموزه‌های اسلام با رویکرد اخلاقی و نگاه فرامادی، مبانی شناختی چون کرامت انسانی، آخرت‌گرایی، عدالت‌محوری، حق حیات، برادری و رحمت و مهربانی جهت ایمنی شغلی ارائه داده است که لزوم اهتمام کارفرما به ایمنی و امنیت شغلی کارکنان را مبرهن می‌سازد.نتیجه‌گیری: ازجمله راهکارهای آموزه‌های اسلام در ایجاد ایمنی شغلی عبارتند از: بار کاری قابل مدیریت، پیشگیری از خطرات احتمالی، برنامه‌های آموزشی جهت آگاهی از ایمنی و سلامت، رعایت مقررات دولتی، ارزیابی و تعاون و همکاری کارگران.

background and aim: occupational safety and health hold significant importance in human resourcemanagement, particularly within the workplace. in an era marked by globalization and modernization,safety and security are essential for the efficient operation of any business. they function as dynamic andendogenous components within the work environment, ultimately contributing to increased profitabilityfor employers. beyond material gain, the teachings of islam approach occupational safety and health froma distinct perspective. a thorough examination of islamic sources reveals cognitive foundations andprinciples that underscore safety and health in the workplace. accordingly, this article seeks to explore thestrategies embedded within islamic teachings for fostering occupational safety.methods: this research is theoretical. the methodology employed is descriptive-analytical, and datacollection has been conducted through library research. by consulting documents, books, and scholarlyarticles, the study examines the mechanisms of religious teachings in promoting occupational safety andhealth as one of the key issues in human resource management.ethical considerations: in this article, the authenticity of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness havebeen observed.results: the findings of the research show that the teachings of islam, with a moral and transcendentalview, have provided cognitive foundations such as human dignity, the hereafter, justice-oriented, the rightto life, brotherhood and mercy and kindness for occupational safety, which requires the employer'sattention to safety and it exposes the job security of the employees.conclusion: among the solutions of islamic teachings in creating occupational safety are: manageableworkload, prevention of possible risks, educational programs for awareness of safety and health,compliance with government regulations, evaluation and cooperation of workers.
