الزامات و راهکارهای نظارت بر محصولات تراریخته و بایستگیِ آن از منظر اصول اخلاق زیستی

زمینه و هدف: نگرانی‌ها در خصوص تاثیرات محصولات تراریخته بر سلامتی انسان و محیط زیست وی موجب اهمیت‌یافتن نظارت بر فرایند تولید و توزیع این محصولات گردیده است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی الزامات و راهکارهای نظارت بر محصولات تراریخته و اهمیت آن از منظر اصول اخلاق زیستی به انجام رسید.روش: تحقیق حاضر از حیث نوع، نظری و به لحاظ روش بحث، توصیفی تحلیلی است. همچنین شیوه اجرای تحقیق، کتابخانه‌ای (اسنادی) می‌باشد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این تحقیق جنبه‌های ملاحظات اخلاقی در مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها: نظارت بر تولید و توزیع محصولات تراریخته با راهکارهای مختلفی چون ارزیابی میزان سمی‌بودن، آزمایش‌ها در مزارع، آزمایش‌های لازم به منظور رهاسازی محصولات، برچسب‌گذاری و سیستم ردیابی محصولات تراریخته، پیشتیبانی می‌شود. راهکارها و الزاماتی که رابطه‌ای تنگاتنگ با اصل زیان‌نرساندن و اصل احترام به استقلال و خودمختاری در چهارچوب اصول اخلاق زیستی دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: حراست از سلامت شهروندان و محیط زیست آنان و احترام به حق تصمیم‌گیری و انتخاب افراد که مستند به اصول محوری زیان‌نرساندن و خودمختاری در اخلاق زیستی می‌شوند، اعمال راهکارهای نظارتی در حیطه تولید و توزیع محصولات تراریخته را امری بایسته در قلمرو نظام‌های حقوقی نموده است.

background and aim: concerns about the effects of genetically modified products on human health and the environment have made it important to monitor the production and distributionprocess of these products. this research was conducted with the aim of examining the requirements and strategies for monitoring genetically modified products and its significancefrom the perspective of bioethical principles.methods: the current research is theoretical in terms of type and descriptive-analytical in termsof discussion method. the research methodology is also library-based (documentary).ethical considerations: in this research, the aspects of ethical considerations in library study,including the authenticity of texts, honesty and trustworthiness, have been considered.results: the monitoring of the production and distribution of genetically modified products issupported by various strategies, such as the evaluation of the toxicity level, experiments in farms,tests necessary for the release of products, labeling and tracking system of transgenic products.the strategies and requirements which are closely related to the principle of non-maleficence andthe principle of respect for autonomy within the framework of bioethical principles.conclusion: the protection of citizens' health and their environment, along with respect forindividuals' rights to decision-making and choice—grounded in the core bioethical principles ofnon-maleficence and autonomy—has made the implementation of regulatory strategies in theproduction and distribution of genetically modified products a necessary measure within legalsystems.
