فناوری زیستی در حوزه انسانی از منظر اخلاق زیستی

زمینه و هدف: مساله دستکاری ژنتیکی، هرچند چشم‏انداز نوینی را فراراه علم پزشکی قرار می‏دهد، اما چالش‌هایی در عرصه‌های مختلف، از جمله اخلاق زیستی به وجود می‌آورد که بحث‌برانگیز است. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی فناوری زیستی در حوزه انسانی از منظر اخلاق زیستی است.روش: مقاله حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به انجام رسیده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: در فرآیند فناوری زیستی در حوزه انسانی، اصول مهم اخلاق زیستی می‌بایست مد نظر قرار گیرد. رعایت کرامت انسانی، اصل رضایت آزادانه و آگاهانه، دسترسی به منابع ژنتیکی و به اشتراک‌گذاری منصفانه مزایای ناشی از آن و رعایت اصل احتیاط و مداخله برای اهداف‏ پیشگیرانه، تشخیصی یا درمانی از مهم‌ترین اصول اخلاق زیستی است که در فرآیندهای ناشی از دستکاری ژنتیکی باید رعایت شود. موضوع دستکاری ژنتیکی و آثار آن بر اخلاق زیستی و حقوق بشر در برخی اسناد بین‌المللی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، اما بحث ضمانت اجرا در این اسناد یا به صورت مبهم مطرح شده و یا آنکه هیچ اشاره‌ای به آن نشده است.نتیجه‌گیری: علم ژنتیک به عنوان دانشی که موجب تغییر و خلق پدیده‌های جانوری و انسانی می‌شود و دارای آثار مهمی در ادامه حیات بشر است، بایستی به گونه‌ای که هم دربرگیرنده دغدغه‌های اخلاقی و دینی باشد و هم موجبات حفاظت از موازین حقوق بشری را فراهم آورد، مورد توجه و ارزیابی قرار گیرد تا سبب پیشرفت جنبه‌های مثبت این دانش و بهبود زندگی بشر شود.

biotechnology in the human field from the point of view of bioethics

background and aim: although the issue of genetic manipulation offers a new perspective tomedical science, it creates challenges in various fields, including bioethics, which are controversial.the purpose of this article is to investigate biotechnology in the human domain from the point ofview of bioethics.methods: this article has been done using descriptive-analytical method along with the use oflibrary resources.ethical considerations: in present paper, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthinessare observed.results: in the process of biotechnology in the human domain, the important principles ofbioethics should be considered. observance of human dignity, the principle of free and informedconsent, access to genetic resources and the fair sharing of the resulting benefits, and observanceof the principle of caution and intervention for preventive, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes areamong the most important principles of bioethics that must be followed in the processes causedby genetic manipulation. the issue of genetic manipulation and its effects on bioethics andhuman rights has been considered in some international documents, but the issue of the guaranteeof implementation in these documents is either vague or not mentioned.conclusion: genetic science as a science that causes the change and creation of animal andhuman phenomena and has important effects on the continuation of human life, should beconsidered in such a way that it includes both moral and religious concerns and providesconditions for the protection of human rights standards in order to improve the positive aspects ofthis field and improve human life.
