تبیین پیامدهای اخلاق اسلامی کار در سازمان‌های دولتی با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی فراترکیب

زمینه و هدف: با افزایش میزان رفتارهای غیر اخلاقی در محیط‌های کاری، پرداختن به اخلاق کار اسلامی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در مدیریت اثربخش سازمان‌ها و کاهش فساد اداری ایفا نماید. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین پیامدهای اخلاق اسلامی کار در سازمان‌های دولتی می‌باشد.روش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب هفت مرحله ای سندلوسکی و باروس (2007) انجام شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه تحقیقات و مطالعات فارسی و انگلیسی چاپ‌شده در حوزه پیامدهای اخلاق اسلامی کار در بین سال‌های 1380 تا 1400 می‌باشد. در این راستا، واژگان کلیدی مرتبط با هدف پژوهش مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و مقالات و اسناد به دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با توجه به معیارهای پذیرش مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که در نهایت 36 مقاله که از معیارهای ورود به مطالعه برخوردار بودند، با استفاده از روش کد‌گذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای (باز، محوری، انتخابی) از طریق نرم‌افزار maxqda 20 2020 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. پایایی کدگذاری‌ها با استفاده از ضریب توافق کاپا در نرم‌افزار spss 24 و با مقدار 83/0 تایید شد و برای بررسی روایی پژوهش، یافته‌ها در اختیار 4 نفر از خبرگان تحقیق کیفی قرار گرفت.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصول متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها 145 کد باز شناسایی شد که در 45 زیرمقوله و 4 مقوله اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند که عبارتند از: 1 پیامد فردی؛ 2 پیامد سازمانی؛ 3 پیامد اجتماعی؛ 4 پیامد شغلی.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که وجود اخلاق اسلامی کار در سازمان می‌تواند منجر به افزایش رشد اخلاقی کارکنان و مدیران و اثربخشی سازمانی شود و پیامدهای درونی و بیرونی چشم گیری برای سازمان داشته باشد.

explaining the consequences of islamic work ethics in publicorganizations, using a meta synthesis qualitative approach

background and aim: by increasing the rate of unethical behaviors in the workplace, addressing islamicwork ethic can play an important role in effective management of organizations and reducing corruption.therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the consequences of islamic work ethic in reducingcorruption in government organizations.methods: this study was conducted through a qualitative approach using sandlowski and barroso’sseven-step meta-synthesis method (2007). the corpus of the study included all persian and english studiespublished on consequences of islamic occupational ethics between 2001 and 2021. in this regard,keywords related to the purpose of the study were searched and the obtained papers and documents wereexamined using purposive sampling according to the acceptance criteria. finally, 36 papers meeting theinclusion criteria were analyzed using the three-step coding method (open, axial, selective) by maxqda20 (2020) software. the reliability of coding was calculated using kappa agreement coefficient in spsssoftware with a value of 0.83.ethical considerations: in order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts,honesty and fidelity have been observed.results: based on the results of data analysis, 145 open codes were identified for the data which wereclassified into 45 subcategories and four main categories of: 1- individual; 2- organizational; 3- occupational;4- social consequences.conclusion: the results revealed that the existence of islamic occupational ethics in the organization canlead to increased ethical growth of managers and employees and organizational effectiveness and it willhave impressive internal and external consequences for the organization.
