نقش هوش اخلاقی و استحکام روانی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی معلمان متاهل

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در سلامت روان‌شناختی خانواده و پویایی‌های روابط زناشویی، بررسی عوامل موثر و تعیین‌کننده آن ضروری است، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش اخلاقی و استحکام روانی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی معلمان متاهل انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان متاهل شهر گناباد در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بودند که از میان آنان 330 نفر نمونه بر اساس جدول گجرسی و مورگان، به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه‌های هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2007 م.)، استحکام روانی کلاف و همکاران (2002 م.) و کیفیت رابطه زناشویی راست و همکاران (2010 م.) بودند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به روش همزمان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss 24 استفاده شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تدوین این پژوهش اصول اخلاقی هلسینکی رعایت شده و مشارکت‌کنندگان با آگاهی از اهداف پژوهش به پرسشنامه‌ها پاسخ دادند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین هوش اخلاقی و استحکام روانی با کیفیت زندگی زناشویی مثبت و معنی‌دار بود (01/0>p) و متغیر پیش‌بین، یعنی مولفه‌های هوش اخلاقی و استحکام روانی توان پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی زناشویی معلمان متاهل را داشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش به اهمیت هوش اخلاقی و استحکام روانی در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی اشاره دارد. بنابراین افزایش هوش اخلاقی و استحکام روانی منجر به بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی می‌شود.

background and aim: considering the role of the quality of married life in the psychologicalstrength of the family and the dynamics of marital relationships, it is necessary to investigate itseffective and determining factors, so the present study was conducted with the aim of investigatingthe role of moral intelligence and mental strength in the quality of married life of married teachers.methods: the present study was descriptive-correlational. the research population included all themarried teachers of gonabad city in the academic year of 2022-23, from among them 330 sampleswere selected based on gujarsi and morgan's table, using stratified random sampling method. datacollection tools included the moral intelligence questionnaires of lennick & kiel (2007),psychological strength of clough et al. (2002) and quality of marital relationship by rust et al.(2010). to analyze the data, pearson's correlation test and multiple regressions were usedsimultaneously using spss 24 software.ethical considerations: the ethical principles of helsinki were observed in the compilation of thisresearch and the participants answered the questionnaires knowing the objectives of the research.results: the results showed that the relationship between moral intelligence and mental strength withthe quality of married life was positive and significant (p<0.01) and the predictor variable, i.e. thecomponents of moral intelligence and mental strength, were able to predict the quality of married lifeof married teachers.conclusion: the research findings point to the importance of moral intelligence and mental strengthin the quality of married life, so increasing moral intelligence and mental strength leads to theimprovement of the quality of married life.
