نقش تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و اخلاق تحصیلی در پیش‌بینی موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان

زمینه و هدف: بررسی عوامل موثر در موفقیت تحصیلی همواره یکی از دغدغه‌های پژوهشگران نظام آموزشی و آموزش عالی بوده است، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و اخلاق تحصیلی در پیش‌بینی موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان خراسان جنوبی در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که بر اساس جدول جسی و مورگان تعداد 330 نفر به روش نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های تاب‌آوری تحصیلی ساموئلز (2004)، اخلاق تحصیلی گل پرور (1389) و موفقیت تحصیلی ولز (2010) بودند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 24 استفاده شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از کسب اجازه از دانشگاه و بیان اهداف برای شرکت‌کنندگان، رضایت از آن‌ها کسب و درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات به آن‌ها اطمینان خاطر داده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین تاب‌آوری تحصیلی (0.676=r) و اخلاق تحصیلی (0.501=r) با موفقیت تحصیلی ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0.01>p)؛ و مولفه های تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و اخلاق تحصیلی، 50/1 درصد از موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان را تبیین می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش زمینه را برای پژوهش‌های آموزشی بیشتر و عمیق‌تر در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی اخلاقی و منش تاب آورانه فراهم می‌کند.

the role of academic resilience and academic ethics in predictingacademic success in students

background and aim: investigating the effective factors in academic success has always been one of theconcerns of educational and higher education system researchers, so the present study was conducted withthe aim of investigating the role of academic resilience and academic ethics in predicting the academicsuccess of students.methods: the current study was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included studentsof farhangian university of south khorasan in the academic year of 2021-22. according to krejcie andmorgan's table, 330 people were selected using available sampling method. the research data collectiontools included samuels' academic resilience questionnaires (2004), golparvar academic ethics (2010) andwells' academic success (2010). to analyze the data, pearson's correlation test and simultaneousregression were used using spss 24 software.ethical considerations: after obtaining permission from the university and explaining the objectives tothe participants, their consent was obtained and they were assured about the confidentiality of theinformation.results: the results showed that there was a direct and significant relationship between academicresilience (r=0.676) and academic ethics (r=0.501) with academic success (p<0.01) and the components ofacademic resilience and academic ethics explain 50.1% of students' academic success.conclusion: the research findings provide the basis for more and deeper educational researches in thefield of ethical educational planning and strengthening resilient character.
