نقش هوش اخلاقی و تاب‌آوری در پیش‌بینی امنیت روان‌شناختی دانشجویان

زمینه و هدف: امنیت روان‌شناختی، از جمله ابعاد مهمی است که در کنار کسب علم باید به آن توجه ویژه شود؛ بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش اخلاقی و تاب‌آوری در پیش‌بینی امنیت روان‌شناختی دانشجویان رشته حسابداری انجام شد.روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر و پسر دوره کارشناسی رشته حسابداری دانشگاه بزرگمهر قاینات در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بودند که از جامعه آماری 225 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2007 م.)، تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسون (2003 م.) و فرم کوتاه امنیت روانی مازلو (1952 م.) پاسخ دادند. در تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss 25 استفاده شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت اصول اخلاقی هلسینگی و رضایت آگاهانه افراد انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین هوش اخلاقی و تاب‌آوری با امنیت روانی مثبت و معنی‌دار بود (0.01>p). همچنین هوش اخلاقی و تاب‌آوری در مجموع توانایی پیش‌بینی 45/1 درصد از تغییرات امنیت روانی را داشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، می‏توان گفت که هوش اخلاقی و تاب‌آوری از متغیرهای مرتبط با افزایش میزان امنیت روان‌شناختی دانشجویان هستند.

the role of moral intelligence and resilience in predicting psychologicalsecurity of students

background and aim: psychological security is one of the important dimensions that must bepaid special attention to along with the acquisition of knowledge; therefore, the present studywas conducted with the aim of investigating the role of moral intelligence and resilience inpredicting the psychological security of accounting students.methods: the present study is descriptive-correlational. the statistical population included allmale and female undergraduate students in accounting of bozormehr qaenat university in theacademic year 2022-23 and 225 people were selected from the statistical population by availablesampling method; and they responded to the moral intelligence questionnaires of lennick & kiel(2007), connor & davidson resilience (2003) and the short form of maslow psychologicalsecurity (1952). in data analysis, pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis methodwere used in addition to using spss 25 software.ethical considerations: this research was conducted in accordance with the ethical principlesof helsinki and the informed consent of the individuals.results: the results showed that the relationship between moral intelligence and resilience withpsychological security was positive and significant (p<0.01). also, moral intelligence andresilience in total had the ability to predict 1.45% of psychological security changes.conclusion: based on the findings, it can be concluded that moral intelligence and resilience arevariables related to increasing the psychological security of students.
