نقش هوش اجتماعی و رهبری اخلاقی در پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی معلمان

زمینه و هدف: بهزیستی روان‌شناختی همواره در محیط‌های شغلی، از جمله حرفه معلمی مورد توجه روان‌شناسان بوده است. در همین راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش اجتماعی و رهبری اخلاقی در پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی معلمان انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر بهارستان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند (480 نفر) که 214 نفر بر اساس جدول krejcie & morgan (1970 م.) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند؛ ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های رهبری اخلاقی brown و همکاران (2005 م.)، هوش اجتماعی silvera و همکاران (2001 م.) و فرم کوتاه بهزیستی روان شناختی ryff (1989 م.) بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان در سطح معنی داری α=0.01 با استفاده از نرم افزار 22 spss استفاده شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در انجام این تحقیق، جنبه های اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت، امانتداری، محرمانگی اطلاعات و اخذ رضایت آگاهانه، لحاظ شده است.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین رهبری اخلاقی با بهزیستی روان شناختی (r=0.523, p<0.01) و هوش اجتماعی با بهزیستی روان شناختی (r=0.638, p<0.01) مثبت و معنادار بود. همچنین مولفه های رهبری اخلاقی 28.6 درصد و هوش اجتماعی 35.4 درصد ازواریانس بهزیستی روان شناختی را تبیین می کنند (p<0.01). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش مسئولین آموزشی بایستی برای ترویج رفتار اخلاقی در مدارس از طریق الگوسازی ویژگی‌ها، این نوع رفتار را در بین مدیران و رهبران مدارس، فرهنگ‌سازی کنند.

the role of social intelligence and moral leadership in predicting teachers' psychological well-being

background and aim: psychological well-being has always been considered by psychologists in workenvironments, including the teaching profession. in this regard, the present study was conducted to investigate the role of social intelligence and moral leadership in predicting teachers' psychological wellbeing.methods: the present study was a descriptive-analytical correlational study. the statistical population included all secondary school teachers in baharestan in the academic year 2019-20 (480 people); 214people were selected based on krejcie & morgan table (1970) by available sampling method. researchdata collection tools were included ethical leadership questionnaire brown et al (2005), social intelligence silvera et al (2001) and ryff (1989) short form of psychological well-being. standard deviation and pearson correlation test and simultaneous regression at the significance level of α=0.01 were used to analyze the data using spss software 22.ethical considerations: in this research, ethical aspects including preserving the authenticity of texts,honesty, trustworthiness, confidentiality of information and obtaining informed consent have beenconsidered.results: the results showed that the correlation between moral leadership with psychological well-being (r=0.523, p<0.01) and social intelligence with psychological well-being (r=0.638, p<0.01) was positive and significant. also, the components of moral leadership explain 28.6% and social intelligence 35.4% of the variance of psychological well-being (p<0.01).conclusion: according to the research findings, in order to promote ethical behavior in schools by modeling characteristics, educational officials should culturalize this type of behavior among school managers and leaders.
