تبیین حسادت فردی: علل، مصادیق و راهکارها (تحلیلی فلسفی)

زمینه و هدف: حسادت یکی از هیجان‌های منفی است که بر روابط بین فردی، سلامت جسمی و روحی و کارکرد روزمره فرد در زندگی تاثیر گذاشته و آسیب‌هایی برای فرد و جامعه در پی دارد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، به دست‌دادن تحلیلی فلسفی از علل، مصادیق و راهکارهای مواجهه با «حسادت» است.روش: در پژوهش حاضر از روش‌های پژوهش اَسنادی کتابخانه‌ای و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی توصیفی از نوع متن نوشتاری بهره برده شد. بدین منظور با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 150 نفر از دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان در سال تحصیلی 01-1400 انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه نیمه‌ساختاریافته محقق‌ساخته، داده‌ها گردآوری و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.ملاحظات اخلاقی: پایبندبودن محققین به اصول بیانیه هلسینکی در تمام دوره پژوهش، مورد توجه بوده است.یافته‌ها: برای علل و مصادیق حسادت: در ساحت روانی جسمی، بیست و پنج مفهوم، در ساحت اجتماعی سیزده مفهوم، در ساحت اخلاقی دینی پانزده مفهوم و در ساحت حقوقی اقتصادی پنج مفهوم به دست آمد و از جهت راهکارها: در ساحت روانی جسمی بیست و نُه مفهوم، در ساحت اجتماعی بیست و یک مفهوم، در ساحت اخلاقی دینی نوزده مفهوم و در ساحت حقوقی اقتصادی سه مفهوم حاصل شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در حسادت، هم عوامل درونی مانند احساسات، انگیزه‌ها و نگرش‌های فرد و هم عوامل بیرونی مانند خانواده، مدرسه و جامعه نقش دارند. به تبع هر یک از علل، انگیزه‌، نیات و عمل فرد حسود، منفی و گاهاً مخرب می‌شود. از این ‌رو انتخاب راهکار مناسب، مستلزم شناخت علل و مصادیق حسادت می‌باشد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی برای مربیان آموزشی و تربیتی جهت آشنایی آن‌ها با علل و پیامدهای حسادت، در کنترل و کاهش حسادت موثر واقع شد.

explaining personal jealousy: causes, examples and strategies (philosophical analysis)

background and aim: jealousy is one of the negative emotions that affect interpersonal relationships,physical and mental health and daily functioning in life and causes harm to the individual and society.therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a philosophical analysis of the causes, examples and strategies for dealing with jealousy.methods: in the present study, the methods of documentary-library research and the method of descriptive quantitative content analysis of the written text type were used. for this purpose, using available sampling, 150 male students of farhangian university of kurdistan province in the academic year 2022 were selected anddata were collected and analyzed using a semi-structured researcher-made questionnaire.ethical considerations: the adherence of researchers to the principles of the helsinki declaration has beenconsidered throughout the research period.results: for the causes and examples of jealousy: in the psychological-physical field, 25 concepts, in the socialfield, 13 concepts, in the moral-religious field, 15 concepts and in the legal-economic field, 5 concepts were obtained. in terms of solutions: in the psychological-physical field, 29 concepts, in the social field, 21 concepts, in the moral-religious field, 19 concepts and in the legal-economic field, 3 concepts were obtained.conclusion: findings showed that in jealousy, both internal factors such as feelings, motivations and attitudes of the individual and external factors such as family, school and society are involved. as a result of each of the causes, motives and intentions and actions of the jealous person become negative and sometimes destructive.therefore, choosing the right solution requires recognizing the causes and examples of jealousy. so, it issuggested that by holding training workshops for educational trainers to familiarize them with the causes and consequences of jealousy, it was effective in controlling and reducing jealousy.
