بررسی تاثیر اخلاق اسلامی کار بر اشتیاق شغلی معلمان با نقش میانجی تعهد حرفه‌ای (مطالعه موردی: معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل)

زمینه و هدف: اشتیاق شغلی معلمان جنبه برجسته‌ای است که باعث بهبودی بهزیستی و عملکرد تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر اخلاق اسلامی کار بر اشتیاق شغلی معلمان با نقش میانجی تعهد حرفه‌ای در بین معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل انجام شد.روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 به تعداد 2671 نفر بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای از این تعداد 340 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه های استاندارد اخلاق کار اسلامی ali (2008 م.)، اشتیاق شغلی salanova & schaufeli (2001 م.) و تعهد حرفه ای clikeman & henning (2000 م.) استفاده شد. داده ها نیز به وسیله شاخص های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و الگوی روابط ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری 24 spss و lisrel تحلیل شد. ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و اطمینان‌بخشی به شرکت‌کنندگان درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات و رضایت شفاهی آنان، پرسشنامه‌ها بین شرکت‌کنندگان توزیع گردید.نتایج نشان داد که اخلاق اسلامی کار با تعهد حرفه ای (r=0.44; p<0.001) و اشتیاق شغلی (r=0.43; p<0.001) رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد اشتیاق شغلی با تعهد حرفه ای (r=0.56; p<0.001) ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج مدل نشان می دهد مقدار ضریب تاثیر اخلاق اسلامی کار بر اشتیاق شغلی با میانجی تعهد حرفه ای 0/33 است و اخلاق اسلامی کار به صورت غیر مستقیم و با میانجیگری تعهد حرفه ای بر اشتیاق شغلی تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد (مقدار آماری آزمون سوبل 4.53 و p<0.05).نتیجه‌گیری: بنا به یافته‌های پژوهش، می‌توان گفت که وجود اخلاق اسلامی کار در مدارس باعث می‌شود معلمان و مدیران مدارس دیدگاه مثبتی نسبت به شغل خود داشته باشد و با شور و شوق فراوان در مدارس حاضر شوند و نسبت به شغل خود تعهد ویژه‌ای داشته باشند.

the effect of islamic work ethic on teachers' job motivation with the mediating role of professional commitment (case study: ardabil primary school teachers)

background and aim: teachers' job enthusiasm is a prominent aspect that improves students' well-being and academic performance. the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of islamic work ethic on teachers' job motivation with the mediating role of professional commitment among primary school teachers in ardabil.methods: the research method is descriptive-correlation. the statistical population of this study included all primary school teachers in ardabil in the academic year 1398-99 to 2671 people based on cochran's formula and using multi-stage cluster random sampling method of this number, 340 people as a statistical sample of the research for data collection was selected. ali (2008), salanova & schaufeli (2001) and clikeman and henning (2000) standard professional commitment questionnaires were used to collect research data. data were analyzed by descriptive indices, pearson correlation coefficient and structural relationships model using spss 24 and lisrel statistical software.ethical considerations: after explaining the objectives of the study and reassuring the participants about the confidentiality of information and their verbal satisfaction, questionnaires were distributed among the participants.results: the results showed that islamic work ethic has a positive and significant relationship with professional commitment (r=0.44; p<0.001) and job motivation (r=0.43; p<0.001). the results also showed that job motivation has a positive and significant relationship with professional commitment (r=0.56; p<0.001). the results of the model show that the coefficient of impact of islamic work ethic on job motivation mediated by professional commitment is 0.33 and islamic work ethic indirectly and mediated by professional commitment has a positive and significant effect on job motivation (statistical value of the subel test. 4.53 and p<0.05).conclusion: according to the research findings, it can be said that the existence of islamic work ethic in schools makes teachers and school principals have a positive attitude towards their jobs and attend schools with great enthusiasm and have a special commitment to their jobs.
