تاثیر فناوری زیستی ارقام گیاهی بر محیط زیست در پرتو اخلاق زیستی

زمینه و هدف: فناوری زیستی ارقام گیاهی از موضوعات مهمی است که دارای ابعاد مختلفی است و در این مقاله تلاش شده به بررسی تاثیر آن بر محیط زیست در پرتو اخلاق زیستی پرداخته شود.روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی است و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به انجام رسیده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: فناوری زیستی ارقام گیاهی از طریق تغییرات ژنتیکی بر گونه‌های گیاهی غیر دستکاری ژنتیکی‌شده و تاثیر سوء بر حشرات و کاهش تنوع زیستی بر محیط زیست تاثیرگذار است. تغییرات ژنتیکی باعث آسیب به برخی ارگانیسم‌ها (مانند آفات و حشرات) در اکوسیستم می‌شود و از تنوع زیستی آن‌ها می‌کاهد. فناوری زیستی ارقام گیاهی از منظر اخلاق زیستی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. سازمان بهداشت جهانی با اقداماتی مانند نحوه برچسب اطلاعات فرآورده‌های اصلاح ژنتیک شده و سازمان خواروبار جهانی با تشکیل کمیسیون کدکس الیمنتاریوس به صورت مشترک با سازمان بهداشت جهانی، تشکیل کنوانسیون بین‌المللی حفظ نباتات و کمیسیون و معاهده بین‌المللی منابع ژنتیک غذا و کشاورزی و نشست‌های تخصصی اخلاق زیستی را در فرایند فناوری زیستی ارقام گیاهی مورد توجه و تاکید قرار داده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: اتخاذ سیاست عادلانه کشاورزی، تقویت تحقیقات، تلاش برای اصلاح نباتات با مشارکت کشاورزان، توسعه بنیان ژنتیکی گیاهان و استفاده گسترده از گیاهان زراعی بومی و شیوه‌های به‌نژادی، مهم‌ترین روش‌ها و سازوکارهای توجه به اخلاق زیستی در فرایند فناوری زیستی ارقام گیاهی است.

the impact of biotechnology of plant varieties on the environment in the light of bioethics

background and aim: biotechnology of plant varieties is one of the important issues that have differentdimensions and in this paper an attempt has been made to investigate its impact on the environment in thelight of biological ethics.methods: the research method is descriptive-analytical and has been done using library resources.ethical considerations: in all stages of writing the present study, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been respected.results: biotechnology of plant varieties has an impact on the environment through the possibility ofgenetic changes on non-genetically manipulated plant species, adverse effects on insects and reduction ofbiodiversity. genetic changes cause damage to some organisms (such as pests and insects) in theecosystem and reduce their biodiversity. biotechnology of plant cultivars has been considered from thepoint of view of bioethics. the world health organization (who) with actions, such as how to label the information of genetically modified products and the food and agriculture organization (fao) with theestablishment of the codex alimentarius commission jointly with the who, the establishment of theinternational plant protection convention and the international convention on food and agriculturalgenetic resources and technical meetings have emphasized biological ethics in the biotechnology process of plant varieties.conclusion: adopting a fair agricultural policy, strengthening research, trying to improve plants with the participation of farmers, developing the genetic basis of plants and the widespread use of native crops and breeding methods, are regarded as the most important methods and the mechanisms to pay attention to bioethics in the process of biotechnology of plant varieties.
