صلح پایدار از منظر عقل و دین (با تاکید بر تعالیم اسلام و مسیحیت)

اسلام دین صلح است. صلح عادلانه و پایدار، خیر مطلق و جنگ، شر است. صلح ناعادلانه و ناپایدار، خیر نسبی است. از نظر مسیحیت ارتدکس نیز اصالت با صلح است. مبنای صلح پایدار، صلح با خداست. روح ادیان الهی همین است. کسی که با خدای خود آشتی کند، با خویشتن و با کل بشریت و با جهان هستی در صلح مطلق و آشتی همیشگی است و حتی با دشمنان خود نیز سر جنگ ندارد، و می‌کوشد که در پرتو حکمت و موعظه نیکو و جدال احسن عداوت را به محبت تبدیل کند و زندگی همگان را بر پایه عدل و احسان استوار سازد. در این نوشتار، ملاک ما جنگ افروزی‌هایی که برخی از دینداران به نام دین مرتکب شده‌اند، نیست؛ بلکه ملاک، متون اصلی دینی اعم از قرآن و انجیل و اعتقادات مسلمانان مخلص و مسیحیت ارتدکس است. مقتضای عقلانیت نیز همین است.

lasting peace from the perspective of reason and religion

mohammad sadegh beheshti*islam is the religion of peace. just and sustainable peace is regarded as the absolute goodness, and war as the evil. unjust and unsustainable peace is considered as relative goodness. orthodox christianity has assigned a priority to peace, too. making peace with god is the basis of sustainable peace, and this is the spirit of divine religions. when a person makes peace with his god, he is in true lasting peace with himself, the whole of mankind, and the universe. he even avoids bitter conflict with his enemies, and tries to turn hostility into tenderness in the light of wisdom, pleasant preaching, and disputation in the best manner. he also tries to establish human’s life on the basis of justice and beneficence. in this paper, our criterion is not wars that some religious people have waged in the name of religion, but is original religious texts – including quran and bible – and beliefs of sincere muslims and orthodox christianity, which are the requisite for rationality. * ph.d student of political sciences, science and research branch, islamic azad university, tehran, iran.                                                       sadegh.beheshti@yahoo.com
