تبیین فلسفی عرفانی الگوی انسان کبیر در نظریه ولایت فقیه امام خمینی رضوان الله علیه

امام خمینی در کنار فقاهت خود شخصیت بی‌نظیری در علوم فلسفه و عرفان داشتند لذا نمی توان در منظومه فکری ایشان دیدگاه های فلسفی و عرفانی امام خمینی را نادیده گرفت، در حقیقت اندیشه عرفانی امام بستر و زمینه ساز اندیشه فقه سیاسی ایشان بوده است. از منظر امام خمینی بین ولایت انسان کامل و ولایت فقیه یک نوع تناسب و هماهنگی است که در دوران غیبت امامت سیاسی انسان کامل، در ولایت فقیه تجلی و تبلور یافته است. تشریعات وارد شده در دین اسلام، ریشه در تکوین و عالم حقیقت دارد و رسیدن به سر و باطن حقایق اسلام تنها میسور انسان کامل است. از آنجا که ولایت فقیه شانی از شئون ولایت مطلقه انسان کامل است؛ اراده های جامعه را در جهت اراده انسان کامل تفسیر نموده است و تئوری ولایت فقیه، ظهور و تجلی ولایت انسان کامل در حوزه اجتماعی و سیاسی در دوران غیبت می باشد. این مقاله در صدد تبیین و اثبات این مسئله می‌باشد که بن‌مایه‌های فلسفی و عرفانی امام زمینه‌ساز و ظهور اندیشه فقهی امام (تئوری اندیشه ولایت فقیه) است.

Mystical philosophical explanation of the model of the great man in Rouhollah Khomeini’s theory of Velayat-e-Faqih

Imam Khomeini, in addition to his jurisprudence, had a unique personality in the sciences of philosophy and mysticism, so we can not ignore the philosophical and mystical views of Imam Khomeini in his intellectual system.From Imam Khomeini’s point of view, there is a kind of harmony and unison between VelayateFaqih and VelayateKamel, which was manifested in VelayateFaqih during the absence of his political leadership.The laws introduced in the religion of Islam are rooted in the creation and the world of truth, and reaching the top and bottom of the truths of Islam is only possible for a perfect human being. Since VelayateFaqih is one of the things of absolute guardianship of a perfect human being, therefore, he has interpreted the wills of society in the direction of the will of a perfect human being.This article seeks to explain and prove that the philosophical and mystical foundations of the Imam are the basis and emergence of the jurisprudential thought of the Imam (theory of the thought of VelayateFaqih).
