تدوین الگوی تصمیمات مالی و سواد مالی کارآمد برای بهبود مدیریت هزینه ها در صنعت کفش و چرم استان آذربایجان شرقی

هدف این پژوهش تدوین الگوی تصمیمات مالی و سواد مالی کارآمد برای بهبود مدیریت هزینه‌ها در صنعت کفش و چرم استان آذربایجان شرقی می‌باشد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و از نظر ماهیت انجام از نوع کیفی بود که از روش مصاحبه و داده‌بنیاد بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اساتید دانشگاهی متخصص در زمینه مدیریت و حسابداری استان آذربایجان شرقی را شامل شد. با توجه به اصول روش‌های کیفی، 20 نفر از خبرگان جهت مصاحبه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار maxqda بهره گرفته شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق جمعاً 94 زیر مقوله در 30 کد و در نهایت 5 مقوله اصلی (کارآمدی تصمیمات مالی، کارآمدی سواد مالی، کنترل و کاهش هزینه‌ها، راهبردهای موثر، پیامدهای مدیریت هزینه) تعیین شدند. بر اساس روش مصاحبه استخراج شد.

the purpose of this research is to compile a model of financial decisions and efficient financial literacy to improve cost management in the footwear and leather industry of east azerbaijan province. this research was practical in terms of purpose and qualitative in nature, which used interview and database methods. the statistical population of the research included university professors specializing in management and accounting in east azerbaijan province. according to the principles of qualitative methods, 20 experts were selected for research interviews. in order to analyze the data, maxqda software was used. based on the results of the research, a total of 94 sub-categories in 30 codes and finally 5 main categories (efficiency of financial decisions, efficiency of financial literacy, control and reduction of costs, effective strategies, consequences of cost management) were determined. it was extracted based on the interview method.
