بررسی رابطه بین هوش مالی و عملکرد مالی کارکنان شعب بانک قرض الحسنه مهر ایران

این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه بین هوش مالی مشتریان و عملکرد مالی شعب بانک قرض الحسنه مهر ایران از دید کارکنان پرداخت. جامعه آماری کارکنان شعب بانک قرض الحسنه مهر ایران که با توجه به جدول مورگان از جامعه آماری 1050 نفر تعداد 290 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند .تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. در این تحقیق  دو پرسشنامه هوش مالی مشتریان و عملکرد مالی مورد استفاده قرارگرفت پرسشنامه ها از روایی و پایایی مطلوب برخوردار بود .تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار spss صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد بین هوش مالی (و مولفه های آن: یکپارچگی داده های مالی، کیفیت محتوای اطلاعات مالی، کیفیت دسترسی به اطلاعات مالی) با  عملکرد مالی رابطه وجود دارد

investigating the relationship between financial intelligence and financial performance of employees of qarz al-hasneh mehr bank branches in iran

this research examined the relationship between financial intelligence of customers and financial performance of bank qarz al-hasneh mehr branches from the employees’ point of view. the statistical population of the employees of qarz al-hasneh mehr bank branches, according to morgan’s table, 290 people were selected as a sample from the statistical population of 1050 people. the descriptive research is of the correlation type. in this research, two questionnaires of customers’ financial intelligence and financial performance were used. the questionnaires had good validity and reliability. data analysis was done with spss software. the results showed that there is a relationship between financial intelligence (and its components: integrity of financial data, quality of financial information content, quality of access to financial information) and financial performance.
