مطالعه جامعه‌شناختی پیامدهای اقتصادی تعرفه‌گذاری کالاهای وارداتی و ارتباط آن با توسعه اقتصادی در ایران

چگونگی تعرفه گذاری کالای وارداتی و ارتباط آن با توسعه اقتصادی در ایران پیامدهای اقتصادی گوناگونی به همراه داشته است. این مقاله تحقیقی کیفی با استفاده از روش نظریه بنیانی و تکنیک مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته است که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به بررسی پیامدهای اقتصادی تعرفه گذاری کالای وارداتی از دیدگاه کارشناسان گمرک ایران پرداخته است. در این روش با کدگذاری 20 مصاحبه با مشارکت‌کنندگان اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. براساس نتایج حاصل از تحقیق، استنباط نظری محقق بر این است که شرایط علی ناشی از زمینه‌های اقتصادی جامعه ایران مانند نوسانات تعرفه ای، تعدد متولیان تجارت و ... با مداخله‌گری عناصری چون زمان‌مند نبودن حمایت های دولتی و بی‌توجهی به تجارب سایر کشورها و راهبردها و تعاملات اتخاذ شده مقطعی و منفعلانه، بی توجه به معیار های توسعه اقتصادی به پیامدهای همچون ضدیت با توسعه فساد، دورزدن قانون، افزایش قاچاق، عدم رقابت‌پذیری کالای ایرانی و ... منجر گردیده است.

Sociological study of the Economic consequences of tariffing on imported goods And its relationship with economic development in Iran

How to tariff imported goods and its relationship with economic development in Iran has had various economic consequences. this qualitative research essay is based on the grounded theory method and using deep semistructured interview technique,that has been conducted with purposive sampling method to examine the economic consequences of tariffing on imported goods from the perspective of Iranian customs experts. in this method, theoretical saturation was obtained by coding 20 interviews with the participants.Based on the results of the research, the researcherchr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39')))s theoretical inference is, that the causal conditions arising from the economic contexts of Iranian society such as tariff fluctuations, the multiplicity of trade trustees and hellip;with the intervention of elements such as the lack of timely government support and disregard for the experiences of other countries and strategies and interactions adopted cross sectionally and passively, ignoring the criteria of economic development has led to social consequences such as Official corruption, circumvent the law, increased smuggling, lack of competitiveness of Iranian goods.
