معیارهای عدالت اقتصادی

معیار، ملاک و مناط کلی است که راه را برای سنجش مفهوم از طریق شاخص آسان می‌سازد. معیار سنجش ممکن است از روش روابط عِلِّی پیشینی و یا از روش اِنِّی معلولی به دست آید. در این مقاله با روش تحلیلی توصیفی از طریق تبیین مفهومی، ابتدا چهار مفهوم عدالت اقتصادی به‌صورت مستقل مورد ملاحظه قرار گرفته و تلاش شده برای هر مفهوم در قلمرو خاص خود از روش پیشینی معیاری ارائه شود. برپایه معنای تساوی؛ معیار برابری فرصت‌ها به‌ویژه در ثروت‌های اولیه و خدمات دولت معرفی شده‌اند. بر مبنای مفهوم حدوسط، معیار اعتدال؛ براساس مفهوم استحقاق در قلمرو توزیع سهم عوامل تولید؛ معیار استحقاق سهمی؛ در قلمرو توزیع مجدد بر پایه حق نیاز؛ معیار استحقاق حدکفافی و در قلمرو نفقه عیال، معیار استحقاق عرفی و سرانجام در عدم تفاوت فاحش طبقات درآمدی معیار توازن در سطح زندگی، درآمد و ثروت به‌عنوان معیار عدالت معرفی شده‌اند. بر پایه روایات ائمه معصومین (س) پنج معیار: وسعت در زندگی؛ عزت پیدا کردن حق؛ اقامه سبک زندگی دینی در میان مردم، برقراری صلح و آرامش، امید در میان مومنان و نومیدی در میان دشمنان، به‌عنوان معیارهای پسینی عدالت استخراج شده‌اند.
