شاخص ترکیبی اندازه‌گیری میزان انطباق نظام‌های اقتصادی با اصول اقتصاد اسلامی

اطلاعات، مبنا و خوراک اصلی تصمیم سازی و تصمیم گیری است. گاهی حجم اطلاعات به دست آمده به اندازه ای زیاد است که تجزیه و تحلیل همه آن ها مقدور نیست. اما استفاده از اطلاعات ناقص ممکن است که به تصمیمات اشتباه منجر شود. یکی از را ه های جلوگیری از این خطا استفاده از اطلاعات در قالب شاخص ها است. تعریف شاخص های کاربردی و کمی سازی متغیرهای کیفی در حوزه های مختلف علمی می تواند در کشف مشکلات اصلی، هدف گذاری بهینه و انتخاب بهترین شیوه رسیدن به هدف کمک شایان توجهی کند. حوزه اقتصاد اسلامی نیز می تواند یکی از حوزه هایی باشد که در آن شاخص سازی برای تعیین میزان موفقیت دولت ها و جوامع مسلمان در دستیابی به اهدافشان، و نیز برای مقایسه مفید است. مفهوم سازی و شاخص سازی بر مبنای نظریه های اسلامی، می تواند پیشرفت و تحقق الگوی اقتصاد اسلامی را در سطح ملی و جهانی در پی داشته باشد. رعایت اصول علمی در دستیابی به شاخصی مناسب و معتبر برای ارزیابی میزان موفقیت جوامع مسلمان در اجرای اصول و قواعد اقتصادی اسلام ضروری است. از این رو، شناخت این روش های علمی از ملزومات ساخت شاخص ترکیبی مناسب و معتبر است. در این تحقیق روش های علمی و کاربردی برای تعریف و ساخت یک شاخص مناسب برای اندازه گیری میزان انطباق با اصول اقتصاد اسلامی ارائه شده است. تلاش شده است که روش های ساخت این شاخص ترکیبی به وضوح و با دقت توضیح داده شود.

Composite Index of Compliance of Economic Systems with the Principles of Islamic Economics

One way to avoid such an error is to use information in the form of indexes. Defining applied indexes and quantification of qualitative variables in different scientific areas help explore main problems, optimal target setting and select the best way to achieve the goal. The area of Islamic economic studies Information is the cornerstone and the main material for decision making would be the one in which indexizing can be much helpful to measure the success of the Muslim governments and communities in achieving their goals, as well as is useful for comparison purpose. Conceptualization and indexization based on Islamic theories, can develop and help promote Islamic model in both national and international levels. Undoubtedly, scientific principles should be considered for generating the proper and valid indexes to measure the success of Muslim communities in the implementation of the principles of Islamic economics. Hence, recognition of the scientific methods of indexization is necessary. In this study, scientific and applied methods of specifying and generating a composite index of compliance with the principles of Islamic economics was proposed. Attempt was made to clearly and carefully explain the method of generating the composite index.
