واکاوی جایگاه و مولفه‌های اقتصاد بخش عمومی در رشد و تعالی تمدن نوین اسلامی

اقتصاد بخش عمومی با رویکردی اسلامی، قلمرو، وظایف و مسئولیت هایی متفاوت با دیگر تمدن ها و نظریه های اقتصادی آن ها دارد. سازگاری بخش عمومی، عاملی پیشبرنده در ایجاد و گسترش تمدن نوین اسلامی در عصر کنونی است. هدف این پژوهش که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به انجام رسیده، واکاوی مولفه های اقتصاد بخش عمومی سازگار با تمدن نوین اسلامی است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهدکه اقتصاد بخش عمومی می تواند از طریق ایجاد عدالت و رشد، استقلال و اقتدار اقتصادی، نهادسازی، تحکیم ارزش های اسلامی و تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی و دینی و وحدت تمدنی در تشکیل و بالندگی تمدن نوین اسلامی اثر گذار باشد. همچنین برقراری عدالت اجتماعی، ایجاد رشد و پیشرفت و رونق اقتصادی، فراهم آوردن زیرساخت ها، نهاد ها و زمینه های تمدنی و تحقق راهبری مطلوب اسلام در بستر تمدنی اسلام، برخی از مهم ترین مولفه های بخش عمومی سازگار با تمدن نوین اسلامی می باشند.

Analysis of the components of the public sector economics in the growth and transcend of new Islamic civilization

Public sector economics with an Islamic approach has scope, duties and responsibilities different from other civilizations and their economic theories. Compatibility of public sector, drivers in the development of a new Islamic civilization in the current era. The aim of this study which carried out by Analytical ndash; descriptive method is analysis the Compatibility of public sector economics with the new Islamic civilization. The findings show that the public sector economics can through the creation of justice and growth, economic independence and authority, institution building, strengthening Islamic values and strengthen social and religious capital and civilizational unity influence in the formation and development of a new Islamic civilization. As well as create social justice, growth and prosperity, providing infrastructure, institutions and fields of civilization and the realization of Islamic good governance in the context of Islamic civilization, some of the most important components of the public sector are compatible with the new Islamic civilization.
