بررسی و اولویت‌بندی ابزارهای تامین مالی اسلامی با استفاده از روش ویکور فازی

پیشرفت کشورهای اسلامی و به وجود آمدن نیازهای جدید برای تامین مالی، توسعه اقتصادی و همچنین اجتناب از ربا در دو دهه اخیر، متفکران و دانشمندان مسلمان را به فکر طراحی ابزارهای مالی اسلامی و جایگزینی آن ها با ابزارهای مالی جدید انداخته است. صکوک به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای مالی اسلامی و بدون بهره توانسته جایگاه مناسبی را در بازارهای اسلامی پیدا کند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد فازی برای روش ویکور، رتبه بندی گزینه ها و وزن های اهمیت معیارها به عنوان اعداد فازی در نظر گرفته می شوند. به این منظور سعی شده تا با شناسایی و اولویت بندی استفاده از ابزارهای مالی اسلامی، براساس ریسک ها، دامنه کاربرد و قدرت نقد شوندگی در بازار سرمایه از تکنیک ویکور فازی استفاده شود. با توجه به ماهیت عدم اطمینان و ابهام موجود در ارزیابی ابزارهای مالی اسلامی، از قابلیت های منطق فازی جهت تکمیل ماتریس عملکرد تصمیم گیری استفاده شده است و در نهایت مشخص گردید که اولویت تامین مالی از طریقاوراق بهادار اسلامی به ترتیب اوراق اسناد خزانه، اوراق استصناع، اوراق اجاره و اوراق سلف است.

Checking and Prioritizing Islamic Financing ToolsUsing Fuzzy Vicor Method

The advancement of Islamic countries and the emergence of new financial and economic development needs, as well as avoiding usury in the past two decades, have prompted Muslim scholars and thinkers to design Islamic finance instruments and replace them with new financial instruments. During this time, a number of Islamic finance instruments were designed and implemented. Financial managers and experts were confused about choosing the bestfitting tools for financing. Sukuk, as one of the most sophisticated Islamic finance instruments, has been able to put the right place between the government and the Islamic company. To this end, in this research, we tried to identify and prioritize the use of Islamic financial instruments, based on the risks, the scope and applicability of liquidity in the capital market by using Fuzzy Vicor Method. Due to the nature of uncertainty and ambiguity in the evaluation, fuzzy logic capabilities were used to complete the performance decision matrix. Finally, it was determined that the priority of financing through Islamic securities is, respectively, Treasury bills, Intangible Bonds, Leasing Bonds and Indebted Bonds.<span lang= FA style= fontfamily:; dir= RTL b= new= zar ;= roman ;= times= roman ; = >
