بهبود عملکرد صنایع دارویی و لوازم پزشکی در اثر یکپارچگی زنجیره‌تامین؛ بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای مدیریت کیفیت

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه یکپارچگی زنجیره‌تامین با عملکرد شرکت‌های فعال در حوزه تولید دارو و لوازم پزشکی از طریق مدیریت کیفیت است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، همه شرکت‌های تولید دارو و لوازم پزشکی در ایران است. روش نمونه‌گیری، احتمالی ساده با استفاده از فرمول کوکران بوده که بر این اساس تعداد 260 پرسشنامه بین شرکت‌ها توزیع شد که از این تعداد 170 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری گردید. از منظر هدف، این پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، پیمایشی – توصیفی است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها بیان می‌کنند که یکپارچگی زنجیره‌تامین بر عملکرد شرکت از طریق مدیریت کیفیت تاثیر دارد. همچنین تاثیر ابعاد مختلف یکپارچگی زنجیره‌تامین بر عملکرد کیفیت و عملکرد کسب و کار شرکت‌های فعال در حوزه تولید دارو و لوازم پزشکی از طریق مدیریت کیفیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که ابعاد یکپارچگی داخلی، یکپارچگی با تامین‌کنندگان و یکپارچگی با مشتریان بر عملکرد کیفیت و عملکرد کسب و کار شرکت‌ها از طریق مدیریت کیفیت تاثیر مثبت دارند.

improving the performance of the pharmaceutical and medical equipments industries through supply chain integration; investigating the mediating role of quality management

the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between supply chain integration and the performance of companies active in the field of drug production and medical equipments through quality management. the statistical population of the study is all companies producing drugs and medical equipments in iran. sampling method is a simple possibility using cochran's formula, based on which 260 questionnaires were distributed among companies, of which 170 questionnaires were collected. from the point of view of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of nature and method, it is a surveydescriptive. structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. findings indicate that supply chain integrity affects firm performance through quality management. also, the effect of different dimensions of supply chain integration on quality performance and business performance of companies active in the field of drug and medical device production through quality management was investigated. the results show that the dimensions of internal integration, integration with suppliers and integration with customers have a positive effect on quality performance and business performance of companies through quality management
