ارائه الگوی تحلیل اختلالات و تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی

مقاله حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی تحلیل اختلالات و تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی انجام شد. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها، یک پژوهش پیمایش مقطعی است. در راستای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از طرح پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی استفاده شد. جامعه مشارکت‌کنندگان بخش کیفی شامل مدیران آماد و پشتیبانی سپاه است که 11 نفر به شیوه هدفمند و تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز از دیدگاه 148 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان مواد غذایی آماد و پشتیبانی سپاه استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری بخش کمی با روش خوشه‌ای تصادفی انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیم‌ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که با روش روایی سازه، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا اعتبارسنجی گردید. با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی نیز قابلیت اعتماد پرسشنامه مطلوب ارزیابی شد. برای شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های تحلیل اختلالات و تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی از روش تحلیل کیفی مضمون، تعیین روابط عناصر از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و اعتبارسنجی الگوی زنجیره تامین تاب‌آور از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد مدیریت منابع انسانی، اختلال طبیعی، آگاهی و اختلال اقتصادی بر امنیت و اختلال عملیاتی تاثیر می‌گذارند. امنیت و اختلال عملیاتی بر استواری، شفافیت و اختلال ساختگی اثرگذاشته و به همین ترتیب بر افزونگی و همکاری تاثیر می‌گذارند. افزونگی و همکاری نیز بر چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری اثر می‌گذارند و این عوامل نیز در نهایت منجر به ایجاد اعتماد در بازار و موقعیت بازار می‌شوند.

providing a model for analysis of disorders and resilience of the food supply chain

this article was done with the aim of presenting a pattern of analysis of disruptions and resilience of the food supply chain. this study is a cross sectional survey in terms of its practical developmental purpose and in terms of the method and time frame of data collection. in order to achieve the goal of the research, an exploratory mixed research design was used. the community of participants of the qualitative section includes the managers of amad and irgc support, 17 of whom were selected in a purposeful manner until theoretical saturation was achieved. in the quantitative part, the point of view of 148 managers and experts of food prepared and supported by the irgc was used. quantitative sampling was done by cluster random method. the data collection tools were semi structured interviews and researcher made questionnaires, which were validated by construct validity, convergent validity and divergent validity methods. using cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability, the reliability of the questionnaire was also evaluated. in order to identify the dimensions and components of food supply chain disruptions and resilience analysis, qualitative thematic analysis method, structural interpretive modeling method was used to determine the relationships of elements, and partial least squares method was used to validate the resilient supply chain model. the findings showed that human resource management, natural disturbance, awareness and economic disturbance affect security and operational disturbance. security and operational disruption affect robustness, transparency and dummy disruption, and in the same way affect redundancy and cooperation. redundancy and cooperation also affect agility and flexibility,
