کاوش مطالبات نهادی سیاست‌گذاری و توسعه با کاربرد رهیافت تحلیل شبکه در مجتمع مس سرچشمه

سیاست‌گذاری صحیح و توسعه پایدار در راستای توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی ، بیش‌ازپیش ضروری است، هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نهادها، اولویت‌بندی مطالبات نهادی و ترسیم شبکه نهادی مجتمع مس سرچشمه جهت کسب موفقیت و تعالی سازمان است. این پژوهش کاربردی و توسعه‌ای است ، جامعه آماری مجموعه اعضای مجتمع مس سرچشمه در سال 1397 بودند، نمونه پژوهش برابر 115 نفر از خبرگان بودند ، روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود ، ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه بود و روش تحلیل داده ها،روش تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی است. مطالبات اکتشاف و بهره‌برداری از معادن و توسعه زیرساخت‌های انرژی ، پشتیبانی از صنایع پایین‌دستی و کسب‌وکارهای کارآفرینی و ساخت قطعات، انجام طرح‌های توسعه و بازسازی کارخانه‌ها از مطالبات اولویت‌دار می‌باشند.نهادهای اصلی در مطالبات سیاست‌گذاری و توسعه، نهادهای سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی (ایمیدرو) ،نماینده، امام‌جمعه، فرمانداری ،وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت و جامعه محلی می‌باشند. بر مبنای یافته‌های تحقیق ، در راستای نهادینه کردن فرهنگ کارآفرینی ، توسعه پایدار ، مسئولیت‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی ، تعامل بیشتر و موثرتر، با نهادهای فوق‌الذکر، گام‌هایی موثر در جهت موفقیت و توسعه سازمان می‌باشند.

research of policy making and development institutional demands with using of network analysis in sarcheshmeh copper complex

the right policy making and development sustainable for development economic and social development is more than necessary, the purpose of the present study is to identify the institutions, prioritize institutional demands and map the institutional network of sarcheshmeh copper complex to gain success and excellent of organization. this is an applied and developmental research. the statistical population was staff of sarcheshmeh copper complex in 1397. the research sample were 115 experts, the sampling method was purposeful. interviews were used for data collection jata analysis method is social network analysis method. the policy making and development demands were categorized into three groups and nine sub-categories, the top priority institutions demands were exploration and productivity of mines and developing of infrastructure energy, supporting of downstream industries and entrepreneurial business, construction of parts, perform of development plans and factories rebuilding. the main institutions were iranian mines and mining industries development and renovation organization, parliamentary deputy, friday imam, governor and local communities. based on the findings of the study, in order to institutionalize , culture of entrepreneurship, sustainable developing and social responsibility, more and more effective interaction with the aforementioned institutions is necessary, using regulatory normative and cultural-cognitive processes are effective steps in success and development of the organization.
