شناسایی خلاءهای صنعت زیست داروی کشور جهت تکمیل فرارسی : رویکرد مطالعه تطبیقی

فرایند فرارسی فرایندی بسیار پیچیده و زمان‌بر است که بایستی انواع توانمندی‌ها توسط شرکت‌های دنباله‌رو‌ کسب شود تا مراحل مختلف آن با موفقیت پشت سر گذارده شود. این فرایند متاثر از عوامل مختلف است که شکست یا موفقیت آن را رقم می‌زنند. توجه به عوامل اثرگذار بر موارد موفق و ناموفق در فرایند فرارسی می‌تواند برای شرکت‌ها و کشورهایی که می‌خواهند این مسیر را با موفقیت طی کنند؛ بینش‌های خوبی به‌دست دهد. در همین راستا در پژوهش حاضر به‌کمک مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات، چارچوبی از عوامل موثر بر موفقیت در فرارسی صنایع دارو، زیست‌دارو و دانش‌پایه به‌منظور مقایسه تطبیقی با وضعیت فرارسی در صنعت زیست‌داروی کشور استخراج گردید و تلاش شد میزان پشتیبانی کمی مطالعات خارجی و داخلی از هر دسته از عوامل به‌روش آنتروپی شانون محاسبه و با یکدیگر مقایسه گردد تا از این طریق خلاءهای موجود در فرارسی صنعت زیست‌داروی کشور شناسایی شود. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که در عوامل محیط نهادی، قابلیت‌سازی، و رژیم فناورانه میان مقالات داخلی و بین‌المللی از منظر آنتروپی قرابت بالایی وجود دارد. همچنین لازم است موقعیت نامطلوب صنعت داخلی در عوامل فرارسی بازار، مسائل سازمانی و استراتژیهای فرارسی به‌کمک راهکارهای ارائه شده بهبود یابد.

identification of existing gaps to complete technological catch-up in the iranian biopharmaceutical industry: a comparative study approach

technological catch-up is a very complex and time-consuming process that requires all kinds of capabilities to be acquired by the latercomer firms in order to successfully complete the various stages. this process is influenced by various factors that determine its failure or success. considering the factors affecting the successful and unsuccessful cases in the catchup process can gain a good insight for companies and countries that want to go through this path successfully. in this regard, in the present study, with the help of a systematic review of the literature, a framework of factors affecting the success of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and knowledgebased industries was extracted in order to make a comparative comparison with the catchup situation in the biopharmaceutical industry in iran. quantitative support of foreign and domestic studies of each of the factors by shannon entropy method is calculated and compared with each other to identify gaps in the catchup of the iranian biopharmaceutical industry. the obtained results show that there is a high similarity between domestic and international articles in terms of entropy in terms of institutional environment, capability building, and technological regimes. it is also necessary to improve the unfavorable position of the domestic industry in the factors of the market catch-up, organizational issues and the catch-up strategies with the help of the proposed solutions.
